Abstract

Program Pembelajaran Berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (PembaTIK) Level Kreasi dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi TIK guru. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas program PembaTIK Level Kreasi tahun 2024 dalam meningkatkan kompetensi TIK guru di provinsi Jawa Timur. Fokus penelitian dibagi ke dalam tiga aspek, yaitu merancang, mengembangkan, dan berinovasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode model evaluasi berorientasi tujuan (Goal-Oriented Evaluation Model (GOEM)). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan studi dokumentasi dari data hasil angket pre-test dan post-test yang telah disusun dan didistribusikan oleh penyelenggara menggunakan Google Formulir. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu peserta PembaTIK Level Kreasi yang berasal dari provinsi Jawa Timur dengan jumlah 9.737 orang yang berstatus sebagai guru dan tenaga kependidikan. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 920 orang peserta yang ditentukan berdasarkan purposive sampling. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam pemilihan sampel yaitu peserta yang berstatus sebagai guru dan mengisi pre-test dan post-test. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji N-gain dan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) PembaTIK efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi TIK guru di provinsi Jawa Timur dalam aspek merancang, mengembangkan, dan berinovasi, dan (2) Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terjadi perbedaan yang signifikan pada kompetensi TIK guru di provinsi Jawa Timur setelah mengikuti program PembaTIK Level Kreasi. Hasil tersebut didapatkan dari hasil penghitungan data dan diinterpretasikan serta dikategorisasi pada tiap aspek yang diteliti, yaitu aspek merancang, mengembangkan, dan berinovasi. The Information and Communication Technology-Based Learning Program (PembaTIK) Level Creation is conducted with the aim of improving teachers’ ICT competencies. This study evaluates the effectiveness of the PembaTIK Level Creation 2024 program in enhancing teachers’ ICT competencies in East Java Province. The research focuses on three aspects: designing, developing, and innovating. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Goal-Oriented Evaluation Model (GOEM). Data collection was conducted through a documentation study of pre-test and post-test questionnaire results, which were prepared and distributed by the program organizers using Google Forms. The population of this study consisted of PembaTIK Level Creation participants from East Java Province, totaling 9,737 individuals who are teachers and educational staff. The sample in this study consisted of 920 participants, selected through purposive sampling. The criteria for sample selection were participants who are teachers and who completed both the pre-test and post-test. Data analysis was performed using the N-gain test and the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study indicate that: (1) PembaTIK is effective in improving teachers’ ICT competencies in East Java Province across the aspects of designing, developing, and innovating, and (2) the analysis shows a significant difference in teachers’ ICT competencies in East Java Province after participating in the PembaTIK Level Creation program. These results were obtained from data calculations and interpreted and categorized for each aspect studied, namely designing, developing, and innovating.
