    Abstract

    Lembaga pendidikan berperan untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusia yang mampu menghadapi tantangan dan perkembangan di abad 21. Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) sebagai lembaga pendidikan bertanggung jawab untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan serta relevan dengan dunia kerja. Keterampilan 4C menjadi keterampilan relevan yang harus dikuasai untuk mampu menghadapi perkembangan abad 21. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan model project based learning pada mata pelajaran produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan 4C meliputi berpikir kritis, kolaborasi, komunikasi, dan kreativitas peserta didik. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu peserta didik kelas XI APHP 1 di SMKN 1 Kuningan dengan jumlah 24 peserta didik. Penelitian ini menerapkan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) sebanyak 2 siklus dengan dilakukan pengumpulan data yaitu tes, pengamatan, dan penilaian kreativitas hasil karya peserta didik. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa pada keterampilan berpikir kritis mengalami peningkatan dengan kategori “sedang” pada uji N-Gain. Begitu pula adanya peningkatan pada keterampilan kolaborasi dan komunikasi peserta didik dengan mencapai kategori “sangat baik” serta pada kreativitas dan inovasi pada kategori “kreatif”. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, model project based learning mampu meningkatkan keterampilan 4C peserta didik SMKN 1 Kuningan. Educational institutions play a crucial role in improving human resources capable of facing the challenges and developments of the 21st century. Vocational High Schools (SMK), as educational institutions, are responsible for producing graduates with the knowledge and skills that are relevant and aligned with the needs of the workforce. The 4C skills critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and creativity are essential competencies that must be mastered to adapt to 21st-century developments. This research aims to apply the project-based learning model in the Creative Products and Entrepreneurship subject to enhance students’ 4C skills. The sample consisted of 24 students from class XI APHP 1 at SMKN 1 Kuningan. The study employed classroom action research (PTK) conducted in two cycles, with data collected through tests, observations, and assessments of students' creative works. The results showed an improvement in critical thinking skills, categorized as “moderate” based on the N-Gain test. Similarly, students’ collaboration and communication skills improved, reaching the “very good” category, while creativity and innovation were categorized as “creative.” Based on these findings, the project-based learning model is effective in enhancing the 4C skills of students at SMKN 1 Kuningan
