    Abstract

    Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah tingginya angka pengangguran lulusan SMK Jurusan Manajemen perkantoran di wilayah Kab. Bandung Barat. Berdasarkan data BPS 2024 menunjukan bahwa tingkat pengangguran masih didominasi oleh lulusan SMK. Fenomena ini didukung oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya variabel Kerjasama bidang kurikulum yang diukur melalui 5 sub variabel X: Sinkronisasi kurikulum, penyusunan bersama, PKL, guru magang dan guru tamu serta MoU. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kerja sama kurikulum antara SMK dan DU/DI terhadap daya serap lulusan, melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Data yang diolah bersumber dari penyebaran Kuesioner dengan metode skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah manajemen sekolah beserta guru produktif manajemen perkantoran yang tersebar ke 8 SMK Jurusan Manajemen perkantoran di wilayah Kab. Bandung Barat dengan populasi 83 guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sensus terhadap accessible population sehingga semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel X Kerjasama bidang kurikulum dengan sub variabel Sinkronisasi kurikulum, penyusunan Bersama, PKL, guru magang dan guru tamu serta MoU berada pada kategori sangat baik/sangat tinggi dan tingkat daya serap lulusan berada pada katergori sangat baik/sangat tinggi serta sub variabel Sinkronisasi kurikulum, penyusunan Bersama, PKL, guru magang dan guru tamu serta MoU dan daya serap lulusan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan The problem examined in this research is the high unemployment rate among SMK graduates majoring in Office Management in West Bandung Regency. Based on 2024 BPS data, the unemployment rate is still dominated by SMK graduates. This phenomenon is supported by several factors, including the variable of curriculum cooperation, which is measured through 5 sub-variables X: curriculum synchronization, joint development, PKL, intern teachers and guest teachers, and MoU. This study aims to analyze the influence of curriculum collaboration between vocational high schools (SMK) and the industrial/industrial industries (DU/DI) on the absorption rate of graduates, through a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis techniques. The data processed were sourced from the distribution of questionnaires using the Likert scale method. The population in this study was school management and productive office management teachers spread across 8 vocational high schools majoring in office management in West Bandung Regency with a population of 83 teachers. This study used a census technique on the accessible population so that all populations were sampled. The results of this study indicate that the variable X of curriculum cooperation with the sub-variables of curriculum synchronization, joint preparation, PKL, intern teachers and guest teachers and MoU are in the very good/very high category and the level of graduate absorption is in the very good/very high category and the sub-variables of curriculum synchronization, joint preparation, PKL, intern teachers and guest teachers and MoU and graduate absorption have a positive and significant effect simultaneously.
