    Abstract

    Pentingnya pemahaman dan kesadaran nilai-nilai sila Pancasila dalam diri siswa sekolah dasar perlu ditanamkan sejak dini agar dapat menjadi insan yang berjiwa Pancasila. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila tema kewirausahaan untuk meningkatkan nilai-nilai sila Pancasila pada siswa kelas IV di SDN Wangiwisata Kecamatan Majalaya, Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan angket terhadap kepala sekolah, guru kelas IV, guru koordinator, dan siswa kelas IV. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) implementasi Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila telah dilakukan dengan gelar karya kegiatan berbasis proyek yang melibatkan siswa dalam praktik kewirausahaan untuk menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila pada nilai ketuhanan, nilai kemanusiaan, nilai persatuan, nilai toleransi dan musyawarah serta nilai keadilan sosial dengan hasil yang baik, (2) faktor pendukung implementasi meliputi dukungan kepala sekolah, peran guru, lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif, serta keterlibatan orang tua, disisi lain faktor penghambat ditemukan seperti kurangnya pemahaman guru terhadap konsep Proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila, rendahnya motivasi siswa, dan pengaruh budaya asing yang bertentangan dengan nilai Pancasila. (3) solusi mengatasi berbagai hambatan dalam implementasi Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila, SDN Wangiwisata menerapkan strategi berupa pelatihan guru, pendekatan personal kepada siswa, serta penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Pancasila. Langkah ini diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan internalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam diri siswa. ---------- The importance of understanding and awareness of the values of Pancasila precepts in elementary school students needs to be instilled from an early age so that they can become people with the spirit of Pancasila. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project with the theme of entrepreneurship to improve the values of Pancasila precepts in grade IV students at SDN Wangiwisata Majalaya District, Bandung Regency. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and questionnaires with school principals, grade IV teachers, coordinating teachers, and grade IV students. The results of the study show that (1) the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project has been carried out through project-based activities involving students in entrepreneurial practices to internalize Pancasila values on divine values, human values, unity values, tolerance and deliberation values and social justice values with good results, (2) implementation supporting factors include the support of school principals, the role of teachers, conducive school environment, as well as parental involvement, on the other hand, inhibiting factors were found such as the lack of teachers' understanding of the concept of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project, low student motivation, and the influence of foreign cultures that are contrary to the values of Pancasila. (3) solutions to overcome various obstacles in the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project, SDN Wangiwisata implements strategies in the form of teacher training, personal approaches to students, and strengthening character education based on Pancasila values. This step is expected to optimize the internalization of Pancasila values in students.
