    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha pada siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Bandung. Fokus utama penelitian adalah menguji validitas model mediasi yang menghubungkan pendidikan kewirausahaan, efikasi diri, dan minat berwirausaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis regrresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran pendidikan kewirausahaan, efikasi diri, dan minat berwirausaha berada pada kategori baik. Pendidikan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha pada siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Bandung. Efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Pendidikan kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan kurikulum di Program Studi Pendidikan Bisnis UPI. Pembelajaran kewirausahaan perlu menekankan pembentukan efikasi diri melalui experiential learning seperti simulasi bisnis dan proyek komunitas. Dosen berperan sebagai fasilitator psikologis, dan evaluasi pembelajaran harus mencakup aspek afektif serta motivasional. Kemitraan dengan dunia usaha juga perlu diperkuat untuk mendukung intensi dan perilaku kewirausahaan mahasiswa This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship education and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention among 11th-grade students at public vocational high schools (SMK Negeri) in Bandung Regency. The primary focus of the research is to examine the validity of a mediation model linking entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intention. The study employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive and verificative design. Data were collected through questionnaires from 213 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using path analysis techniques. The results indicate that the overall depiction of entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intention falls into the “good” category. Entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant influence on students’ entrepreneurial intention. Likewise, self-efficacy shows a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Simultaneously, entrepreneurship education and self-efficacy together have a positive and significant impact on students’ entrepreneurial intention. These findings offer valuable contributions to curriculum development in the Business Education Program at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). Entrepreneurship learning should emphasize the development of self-efficacy through experiential learning methods such as business simulations and community-based projects. Lecturers should act as psychological facilitators, and learning assessments must include affective and motivational aspects. Strengthening partnerships with industry is also essential to support students’ entrepreneurial intentions and behaviors.
