Abstract

Kasang tukang ieu panalungtikan, nya éta munculna masalah dina pangajaran nyarita utamana dina kagiatan diskusi. Salah sahiji masalah anu mindeng muncul nya éta siswa can aya kawani ngedalkeun pamanggihna dina forum diskusi. Tujuan tina ieu panalungtikan nya éta pikeun mikaweruh nepi ka mana modél pangajaran Time Token Arends dina ngaronjatkeun kamampuh nyarita siswa kelas VIII.2 SMPN 4 Cimahi dina kagiatan diskusi. Hasil ieu panalungtikan ngébréhkeun yén kamampuh nyarita siswa dina kagiatan diskusi bahasan budaya Sunda saméméh ngagunakeun modél pangajaran Time Token Arends nya éta siswa can mampuh nyarita kalawan hadé. Rata-ratana 66,2 tina KKM 74. Kalawan wincikan genep siswa (22,22%) mampuh nyarita sacara hadé, jeung 21 siswa (77,78%) can mampuh nyarita kalawan hadé. Sedengkeun kamamapuh nyarita siswa sabada ngagunakeun modél pangajaran Time Token Arends nya éta mampuh nyarita kalawan hadé. Rata-ratana 80,85 tina KKM 74. Wincikanana, 24 siswa (88,89%) mampuh nyarita kalawan hadé jeung tilu siswa (11,11%) masih kénéh can mampuh nyarita kalawan hadé. Hartina modél Time Token Arends sacara signifikan bisa ngaronjatkeun kamampuh nyarita siswa kelas VIII.2 SMPN 4 Cimahi taun ajaran 2014/2015 hususna dina kagiatan diskusi bahasan budaya Sunda. The problems that appeared are students have not tried to express their opinions in the discussion forum, The objective of this research is to find out how far the learning model called Time Token Arends can improve the speaking abilities of VIII.2 class students in SMPN 4 Cimahi when discussing. The result of this research shows that the speaking abilities in the discussion of Sundanese cultures before using Time Token Arends learning model are they have not been able to speak Sundanese well. The average of the result was 66,2 from KKM 74 and the details were 6 students (22,20%) could speak Sundanese language well, and 21 students (77,78%) could not speak Sundanese language well. The student's speaking abilities after using Time Token Arends learning model are they can speak Sundanese language well. The average of the result was 80,85 from KKM 74, and the details were 24 students (88,89%) can speak Sundanese language well in the discussion, and 3 students cannot speak Sundanese language well. Time Token Arends can insrease significantly to improve the speaking abilities particularly in the discussion activity of Sundanese's cultures to VIII.2 class of junior high school in SMPN 4 Cimahi 2014/2015.
