    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh menumpuknya sampah plastilk di lingkungan SDN Pagermaneuh. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi P5 melalui topik cerdik olah sampah berbasis model pjbl, faktor pendukung dan penghambat serta solusi untuk mengatasi hambatan dalam pelaksanaan P5 di SDN Pagermaneuh. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) di SDN Pagermaneuh dengan tema Gaya Hidup Berkelanjutan dan topik Cerdik Olah Sampah Plastik dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap utama yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi dengan mengintegrasikan model Project Based Learning (PJBL). Namun, penerapan sintaks model PJBL belum sepenuhnya ideal dan memerlukan optimalisasi lebih lanjut agar sesuai dengan konsep teoritis yang seharusnya. Faktor penghambat yang diidentifikasi meliputi keterbatasan pemahaman konsep P5 oleh pendidik dan keterbatasan alokasi waktu pelaksanaan, sementara faktor pendukung mencakup kolaborasi aktif antar guru, antusiasme siswa, keterlibatan orang tua, dan ketersediaan infrastruktur yang memadai. Solusi yang direkomendasikan untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut adalah peningkatan kapasitas guru melalui pelatihan berbasis praktik, penguatan kolaborasi antar guru, perencanaan sistematis dengan pendekatan kontekstual, dan keterlibatan aktif orang tua dalam memastikan kontinuitas pendidikan antara sekolah dan rumah. ---------- This research is motivated by the accumulation of plastic waste in the environment of SDN Pagermaneuh. The research aims to describe the implementation of P5 through the topic of smart plastic waste processing based on the PJBL model, supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as solutions to overcome obstacles in the implementation of P5 at SDN Pagermaneuh. The research method uses descriptive qualitative with observation and interviews. The results show that the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) at SDN Pagermaneuh with the theme of Sustainable Lifestyle and the topic of Smart Plastic Waste Processing is carried out through three main stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation by integrating the Project Based Learning (PJBL) model. However, the application of the PJBL model syntax is not yet fully ideal and requires further optimization to align with the theoretical concepts that should be applied. The inhibiting factors identified include limited understanding of P5 concepts by educators and limited time allocation for implementation, while supporting factors include active collaboration among teachers, student enthusiasm, parental involvement, and adequate infrastructure availability. The recommended solutions to overcome these obstacles are increasing teacher capacity through practice-based training, strengthening collaboration among teachers, systematic planning with contextual approaches, and active parental involvement in ensuring educational continuity between school and home.
