    Abstract

    Kurangnya variasi media pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru mengakibatkan kurangnya keterlibatan aktif peserta didik dalam proses belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan multimedia interaktif zatfun dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar. Multimedia interaktif zatfun merupakan media pembelajaran berbasis Articulate Storyline yang dirancang secara interaktif untuk menyajikan materi “Wujud Zat dan Perubahannya” secara menarik dan menyenangkan. Penelitian ini mengukur hasil belajar siswa level kognitif aspek ingatan (C1), pemahaman (C2), penerapan (C3). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kuasi eksperimen nonequivalent control group design. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas IV SDN 178 Gegerkalong dengan populasi sebanyak 86 siswa dan sampel sebanyak 56 siswa yang diambil dengan teknik cluster sampling. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari satu kelas eksperimen yang diberikan perlakuan dengan menggunakan multimedia interaktif zatfun yang dikembangkan menggunakan Articulate Storyline sedangkan kelas kontrol yang hanya menggunakan media konvensional. Analisis data uji hipotesis yang digunakan untuk mengolah data adalah uji Mann Whitney U Test yang menunjukkan hasil penggunaan multimedia interaktif zatfun dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA di kelas IV SDN 178 Gegerkalong. Hal ini pula ditandai dengan hasil posttest kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol. The lack of variation in instructional media used by teachers results in low student engagement in the learning process. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of using Zatfun interactive multimedia in improving students’ learning outcomes in science subjects at the elementary school level. Zatfun interactive multimedia is a learning medium based on Articulate Storyline that is designed interactively to present the topic “States of Matter and Their Changes” in an engaging and enjoyable way. The study measured students’ learning outcomes in the cognitive domains of remembering (C1), understanding (C2), and applying (C3). This research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design. The study was conducted in the fourth grade of SDN 178 Gegerkalong with a population of 86 students and a sample of 56 students selected through cluster sampling. The research sample consisted of one experimental class that was treated with Zatfun interactive multimedia developed using Articulate Storyline, and one control class that used only conventional media. Data analysis for hypothesis testing employed the Mann-Whitney U Test, which indicated that the use of Zatfun interactive multimedia significantly improved students’ learning outcomes in science subjects in the fourth grade of SDN 178 Gegerkalong. This was also evident from the higher posttest scores of the experimental class compared to the control class.
