    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan kompetensi guru belum berada di standar kompetensi minimum, uji kompetensi guru yang ditunjukkan dalam laporan kinerja oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi (Kemdikbud Ristek) memiliki capaian namun belum terlampaui. Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi sosial, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru akuntansi SMK Negeri Se-Kabupaten Majalengka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal asosiatiff dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan penelitian ini berupa kuesioner yang sebarkan kepada guru akuntansi SMK Negeri Se-Kabupaten Majalengka sebanyak 63 orang sebagai populasi dan sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda melalui SPSS versi 24. Berdasarkan perhitungan melalui SPSS terungkap bahwa kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi sosial, kompetensi kepribadian, dan kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru berada pada kategori sedang. Analisis hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi sosial berpengaruh posistif, sedangkan kompetensi profesional dan kompetensi kepribadian tidak berpengaruh. This study was motivated by the issue of teacher competency not yet meeting minimum competency standards. Teacher competency tests, as shown in performance reports by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemdikbud Ristek), have shown progress but have not yet exceeded expectations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of pedagogical competence, social competence, personality competence, and professional competence on the performance of accounting teachers at public vocational schools in Majalengka Regency. This research is an associative causal study using quantitative methods. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire distributed to 63 accounting teachers at public vocational schools in Majalengka Regency as the population and sample. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression through SPSS version 24. Based on calculations through SPSS, it was revealed that pedagogical competence, social competence, personality competence, and professional competence on teacher performance were in the moderate category. Analysis of the t-test results showed that pedagogical competence and social competence had a positive effect, while professional competence and personality competence had no effect.
