Abstract
SMAN 1 Ngamprah berlokasi di Kecamatan Ngamprah, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Sekolah ini termasuk pada zona merah bencana gempa bumi, SMA Negeri 1 Ngamprah ini memiliki tingkat bahaya, dan risiko bencana gempa bumi yang cukup besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat ancaman bencana gempa bumi, dan menganalisis tingkat kesiapsiagaan siswa SMA Negeri 1 Ngamprah dalam menghadapi ancaman bencana gempa bumi, serta menganalisis strategi peningkatan kesiapsiagaan siswa dalam menghadapi ancaman bencana gempa bumi. Berlandaskan kepada lima parameter kesiapsiagaan yakni Pengetahuan dan Sikap, Kebijakan dan Panduan Sekolah, Rencana untuk Keadaan Darurat, Sistem Peringatan Bencana, dan Kemampuan Mobilisasi Sumberdaya. Serta analisis SWOT untuk mengetahui strateginya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mix method. Terdapat 100 siswa yang menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian memperoleh kecenderungan Pengetahuan dan sikap dengan indeks rata-rata sebesar 72,3% dengan kategori siap. Rencana tanggap darurat dengan indeks rata-rata sebesar 64% dengan kategori hampir siap. Sistem peringatan bencana dengan indeks rata-rata 70,8% dengan kategori siap. Mobilisasi sumber daya dengan indeks rata-rata 53,8% dengan kategori kurang siap. Secara keseluruhan indeks tingkat kesiapsiagaan siswa sebesar 68% termasuk dalam kategori siap. Pada strategi peningkatan sekolah berada pada kuadran II dengan IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) menunjukkan total skor 2.80 yang berarti faktor ini cukup kuat secara internal dan EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary) menunjukkan total skor 2.25 yang berarti peluang masih ada, tetapi memiliki ancaman yang cukup besar. SMAN 1 Ngamprah is located in Ngamprah District, West Bandung Regency. This school is included in the red zone for earthquake disasters, SMA Negeri 1 Ngamprah has a fairly high level of danger and risk of earthquake disasters. This study aims to analyze the level of earthquake disaster threat, and analyze the level of preparedness of SMA Negeri 1 Ngamprah students in facing the threat of earthquake disasters, and analyze strategies for increasing student preparedness in facing the threat of earthquake disasters. Based on five preparedness parameters, namely Knowledge and Attitude, School Policies and Guidelines, Emergency Plans, Disaster Warning Systems, and Resource Mobilization Capability. As well as SWOT analysis to determine the strategy. The method used in this study is a mix method. There were 100 student who were the sample in this study. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the study obtained a tendency of Knowledge and attitudes with an average index of 72.3% with the ready category. Emergency response plans with an average index of 64% with the almost ready category. Disaster warning systems with an average index of 70.8% with the ready category. Resource mobilization with an average index of 53.8% with the category of less prepared. Overall, the student preparedness level index of 68% is included in the ready category.
