Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak usia dini melalui penerapan permainan tradisional engklek sebagai metode yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak usia dini. Permainan tradisional engklek dipilih karena selain menyenangkan, juga mampu menstimulasi keterampilan fisik anak, khususnya pada aspek keseimbangan, kelincahan, dan koordinasi gerak tubuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 3 siklus, dimana setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Dengan mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran demonstrasi. Subjek penelitian adalah 10 anak kelompok B dengan rentang usia 5-6 tahun di KB Al-Fatah Kecamatan Cicalengka, Kabupaten Bandung. Metode penelitian tindakan kelas ini menggunakan model Pelton dengan 3 siklus setiap siklus terdiri dari 1 tindakan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah penilaian performa, observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan catatan lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan motorik kasar anak dari setiap siklus dan tindakan. Mulai dari siklus 1 tindakan 1 sebesar 51%, pada siklus 2 tindakan 2 sebesar 72%, dan pada siklus 3 tindakan 3 sebesar 89% yang mana pada tindakan 3 kemampuan motorik kasar anak mengalami peningkatan dari tindakan sebelumnya. ----------- This study aims to improve the gross motor skills of early childhood through the application of the traditional game of engklek as a method that can improve the gross motor skills of early childhood. The traditional game of engklek was chosen because besides being fun, it is also able to stimulate children's physical skills, especially in the aspects of balance, agility, and coordination of body movements. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method which is carried out in 3 cycles, where each cycle consists of the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. By implementing the demonstration learning model. The subjects of the study were 10 children of group B with an age range of 5-6 years at KB Al-Fatah, Cicalengka District, Bandung Regency. This classroom action research method uses the Pelton model with 3 cycles, each cycle consisting of 1 action. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The instruments used were performance assessment, observation, interviews, documentation and field notes. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in children's gross motor skills from each cycle and action. Starting from cycle 1 action 1 at 51%, in cycle 2 action 2 at 72%, and in cycle 3 action 3 at 89%, where in action 3 the child's gross motor skills increased from the previous action.
