    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan dan peran kepemimpinan kolaboratif guru dalam meningkatkan perilaku inovatif siswa di SMA Negeri 11 Bandung, serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan penelitian berjumlah enam orang yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum dan guru-guru. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak NVivo untuk mempermudah proses pengkodean, kategorisasi, dan penarikan tema. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kolaboratif guru diterapkan melalui komunikasi terbuka, pengambilan keputusan bersama, pembelajaran lintas disiplin, serta fasilitas proyek berbasis kolaborasi. Faktor pendukung meliputi budaya organisasi sekolah yang terbuka, dukungan kepala sekolah, dan ketersediaan fasilitas pendukung. Faktor penghambat utama mencakup adaptasi guru, beban kerja guru, masalah siswa dan keterbatasan sumber daya. Penerapan kepemimpinan kolaboratif terbukti meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dalam kegiatan kreatif, keberanian bereksperimen, serta kolaborasi antarsiswa. Kepemimpinan kolaboratif guru berkontribusi signifikan dalam peningkatan perilaku inovatif siswa, namun keberlanjutannya memerlukan dukungan kebijakan, pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan sistem evaluasi yang mendorong kolaborasi. The study aims to analyze the implementation and role of collaborative teacher leadership in enhancing students’ innovative behavior at SMA Negeri 11 Bandung, as well as to identify its supporting and inhibiting factors. This research employed a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research informants consisted of six individuals, including the principal, the vice principal for curriculum affairs, and teachers. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies, and were then analyzed using NVivo software to facilitate the process of coding, categorization, and theme extraction. The findings indicate that collaborative teacher leadership is implemented through open communication, joint decision-making, cross-disciplinary learning, and facilitation of collaboration-based projects. Supporting factors include an open school organizational culture, principal support, and the availability of supporting facilities. The main inhibiting factors comprise teacher adaptation, teacher workload, student-related issues, and limited resources. The implementation of collaborative leadership has been proven to increase students’ participation in creative activities, courage to experiment, and collaboration among students. Collaborative teacher leadership makes a significant contribution to improving students’ innovative behavior; however, its sustainability requires policy support, continuous training, and an evaluation system that promotes collaboration.
