    Abstract

    Pendidikan tinggi memainkan peran penting dalam dinamika global saat ini, perlu adanya kesinambungan dan peningkatan kualitas melalui penjaminan mutu sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan. Meskipun pelaporan Audit Mutu Internal (AMI) telah terdigitalisasi, tahap analisisnya masih menjadi kendala. Pimpinan program studi kerap menghadapi kesulitan dalam menginterpretasi data audit yang tersaji dalam format tabel statis, sehingga menghambat identifikasi tren, perbandingan kinerja, dan pengambilan keputusan taktis berbasis data. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sebuah dashboard yang berfokus pada visualisasi dan analisis untuk mengoptimalkan pemahaman terhadap hasil temuan AMI dalam aspek 8 (delapan) Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) di lingkup program studi. Perancangan dilakukan dengan metode PureShare yang berorientasi pada pengguna, sedangkan untuk mengevaluasi fungsionalitas sistem menggunakan metode Black-Box. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dashboard yang dikembangkan telah berhasil mentransformasi data statis menjadi visualisasi interaktif yang informatif, dilengkapi fitur drill-down, kustomisasi grafik, dan filter tahun. Fitur inovatif “Buat Analisis” berbasis Large Language Model (LLM) juga terbukti dapat mempercepat interpretasi data menjadi wawasan strategis yang bermanfaat bagi pimpinan program studi. Hasil pengujian black-box mengonfirmasi bahwa seluruh fungsionalitas utama berjalan sesuai harapan tanpa adanya error kritis. Dengan demikian, implementasi dashboard berbasis metode PureShare berhasil menyediakan solusi fungsional dan relevan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengambilan keputusan berbasis data pada tingkat program studi. Higher education plays a crucial role in today’s global dynamics, requiring continuity and quality improvement through quality assurance in accordance with established standards. Although the Internal Quality Audit (IQA) reporting has been digitized, the analysis stage remains a challenge. Heads of study programs often face difficulties in interpreting audit data presented in static table formats, which hampers the identification of trends, performance comparisons, and data-driven tactical decision-making. This study aims to design a dashboard focused on visualization and analysis to optimize the understanding of AMI findings across the eight Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the study program context. The design process was carried out using the user-oriented PureShare method, while the system functionality was evaluated using the Black-Box method. The results show that the developed dashboard has successfully transformed static data into informative interactive visualizations, equipped with drill-down, chart customization, and year filtering features. The innovative “Buat Analisis” feature based on a Large Language Model (LLM) also proved effective in accelerating data interpretation into strategic insights beneficial for study program leaders. Black-box testing confirmed that all core functionalities operated as expected without critical errors. Thus, the implementation of a PureShare-based dashboard provides a functional and relevant solution to improve the efficiency of data-driven decision-making at the study program level.
