    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat praktikum berbasis inquiry laboratory yang valid, praktis, dan efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains, literasi numerasi, dan penguasaan konsep peserta didik pada materi respirasi sel. Pengembangan perangkat dilakukan menggunakan model ADDIE yang mencakup tahapan analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Produk yang dikembangkan berupa alat respirometer sederhana untuk praktikum respirasi dan fermentasi, serta LKPD berbasis bounded inquiry yang dirancang untuk memfasilitasi pembelajaran mandiri dan kontekstual. Perangkat praktikum meliputi respirometer untuk praktikum respirasi, respirometer untuk praktikum fermentasi dan LKPD berbasis inquiy laboratory dengan menggunakan tipe bounded inquiry. Perangkat praktikum yang dirancang memfasilitasi keterampilan proses sains, literasi numerasi dan penguasaan konsep materi respirasi sel. Selain itu, respirometer dirancang secara sederhana, aplikatif, mudah direplikasi serta agar dapat membantu siswa mengonstruksi pengetahuan secara mandiri melalui pengalaman ilmiah langsungPartisipan penelitian meliputi guru biologi yang dipilih melalui convenience sampling dan siswa kelas XI MIPA yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling untuk uji coba terbatas serta random sampling untuk implementasi di kelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Hasil uji kelayakan menunjukkan bahwa perangkat berada dalam kategori sangat layak berdasarkan validasi isi, kurikulum, dan kemudahan penggunaan. Uji kepraktisan menunjukkan bahwa perangkat tergolong baik, ditinjau dari aspek keterbacaan, kemudahan pelaksanaan, dan dukungan terhadap keterlibatan aktif siswa. Implementasi di kelas menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan praktikum dapat terlaksana dengan baik, dan siswa mampu mengikuti seluruh tahapan inquiry secara aktif dan mandiri. Selain itu, hasil uji efektivitas menunjukkan bahwa perangkat praktikum yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains, literasi numerasi, dan penguasaan konsep secara signifikan dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol. This study aims to develop an inquiry laboratory-based practicum package that is valid, practical, and effective in improving students’ science process skills, numerical literacy, and conceptual understanding in the topic of cellular respiration. The development process employed the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The resulting products consist of a simple respirometer for respiration and fermentation experiments, as well as student worksheets (LKPD) based on bounded inquiry, designed to facilitate independent and contextual learning. The practicum package comprises a respirometer for respiration experiments, a respirometer for fermentation experiments, and inquiry laboratory-based LKPD using a bounded inquiry type. These practicum tools were designed to foster science process skills, numerical literacy, and mastery of cellular respiration concepts. In addition, the respirometer was deliberately designed to be simple, applicable, easy to replicate, and to support students in constructing knowledge independently through direct scientific experiences. The research participants consisted of biology teachers selected through convenience sampling and Grade XI science students (MIPA) selected using purposive sampling for limited trials, and random sampling for implementation in experimental and control classes. The feasibility test results indicate that the practicum package falls into the “highly feasible” category based on content validation, curriculum alignment, and ease of use. Practicality tests further show that the package is considered good, as reflected in its readability, ease of implementation, and its support for active student engagement. Classroom implementation demonstrated that practicum activities could be conducted effectively, with students able to follow all stages of the inquiry process actively and independently. Moreover, the effectiveness test results revealed that the developed inquiry laboratory-based practicum package significantly improved students’ science process skills, numerical literacy, and conceptual understanding compared to those in the control class.
