    Abstract

    Pemantauan pengalaman belajar dan prestasi mahasiswa oleh Dosen Pembimbing Akademik (PA) di lingkungan perguruan tinggi seringkali belum optimal karena terbatasnya platform yang terintegrasi. Di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI), data capaian mahasiswa di bidang akademik maupun non-akademik umumnya masih diolah secara manual melalui formulir atau percakapan daring, menyebabkan kesulitan dalam mengenali potensi, minat, dan bakat mahasiswa secara sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem monitoring pengalaman belajar dan prestasi mahasiswa berbasis Data Management Framework untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Tujuan utamanya adalah menetapkan standar metadata, merumuskan Key Performance Indicator (KPI), mengimplementasikan kerangka kerja manajemen data, serta mengevaluasi tingkat kematangan manajemen data dan kegunaan sistem. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) yang dikombinasikan dengan delapan area dari kerangka DAMA-DMBOK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada tingkat kematangan manajemen data, dengan skor rata-rata mencapai 3.43 (level Defined). Sistem yang dihasilkan juga dievaluasi menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) dan memperoleh skor 71.5, yang masuk dalam kategori acceptable dengan predikat good. Sistem ini berhasil menyediakan platform visual yang informatif bagi Dosen PA dan Kaprodi untuk memantau, menganalisis, dan melakukan pembinaan prestasi mahasiswa secara lebih efektif dan berbasis data. The monitoring of students' learning experiences and achievements by Academic Advisors (PA) in higher education is often suboptimal due to the lack of integrated platforms. At the Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI), student achievement data in both academic and non-academic fields are generally still processed manually through online forms or chats, leading to difficulties in systematically identifying students' potential, interests, and talents. This research aims to design and develop a monitoring system for student learning experiences and achievements using the Data Management Framework approach to address this issue. The main objectives are to establish metadata standards, formulate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), implement a data management framework, and evaluate the data management maturity level and system usability. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) combined with eight areas from the DAMA-DMBOK framework. The results show a significant improvement in the data management maturity level, with an average score of 3.43 (Defined level). The resulting system was also evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and obtained a score of 71.5, which falls into the "acceptable" category with a "good" rating. This system successfully provides an informative visual platform for Academic Advisors and Heads of Study Programs to monitor, analyze, and guide student achievements more effectively and in a data-driven manner.
