    Abstract

    Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat menuntut organisasi, termasuk industri perbankan, untuk tidak hanya berinvestasi pada infrastruktur, tetapi juga pada pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) agar tetap adaptif terhadap perubahan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan S-Know (Smart Knowledge), sebuah Knowledge Management System (KMS) berbasis web yang dirancang dengan pendekatan microlearning guna mendukung proses pelatihan pegawai baru. Pengembangan sistem mengikuti tahapan Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC) yang meliputi evaluasi kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan microlearning relevan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pelatihan yang singkat, fleksibel, dan mudah diakses. Sistem yang dikembangkan mampu menyediakan modul pembelajaran kecil yang dapat dipelajari secara mandiri, sehingga sesuai dengan tuntutan efisiensi di industri perbankan. Pengujian black box membuktikan seluruh fitur utama, seperti manajemen konten, learning path, kuis, pelacakan progres, dan forum diskusi, berfungsi dengan baik. Evaluasi pengguna melalui wawancara menyatakan bahwa sistem ini sederhana, mudah digunakan, serta efektif dalam mendukung pembelajaran. Responden menilai materi sesuai dengan kebutuhan pegawai baru, meskipun masih diperlukan penambahan konten spesifik sesuai divisi. Secara keseluruhan, responden menilai S-Know layak digunakan sebagai langkah awal pengembangan pelatihan berbasis KMS, dengan potensi menjadi pusat pengelolaan pengetahuan organisasi dan membangun budaya belajar berkelanjutan di industri perbankan. The rapid advancement of information technology requires organizations, including those in the banking industry, to invest not only in infrastructure but also in human resource (HR) development to remain adaptive to change. This study resulted in the development of S-Know (Smart Knowledge), a web-based Knowledge Management System (KMS) designed with a microlearning approach to support the training process for new employees. The system was developed following the stages of the Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC), which include needs evaluation, system design, implementation, and evaluation. The findings indicate that the microlearning approach is relevant in addressing the need for training that is brief, flexible, and easily accessible. The system provides small learning modules that can be studied independently, aligning with the efficiency demands of the banking industry. Black box testing confirmed that all core features, including content management, learning paths, quizzes, progress tracking, and discussion forums, functioned effectively. User evaluations conducted through interviews revealed that the system is simple, easy to use, and effective in supporting learning.
