    Abstract

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik pendamping satuan pendidikan dan kepemimpinan kepala satuan pendidikan terhadap kinerja guru di SD Kecamatan Cikancung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 130 orang guru yang berasal dari 13 sekolah. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak 100 orang guru. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa (1) Supervisi akademik pendamping satuan pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SD di Kecamatan Cikancung (2) Kepemimpinan kepala satuan pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SD di Kecamatan Cikancung (3) Supervisi Akademik Pendamping Satuan Pendidikan dan Kepemimpinan Kepala Satuan Pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SD di Kecamatan Cikancung. Simpulan dari hasil analisis statistik tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan secara statistik. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun ada kecenderungan hubungan yang positif, faktor-faktor lain di luar supervisi akademik dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki peran yang lebih dominan dalam mempengaruhi kinerja guru di lokasi penelitian, maka dari itu disarankan agar ada penelitian lebih lanjut menggunakan variabel lain. ---------The aim of this study is to determine the influence of academic supervision by educational supervisors and the leadership of educational leaders on the performance of teachers at primary schools in the Cikancung district. This study used a quantitative research method. The population of the study consisted of 130 teachers from 13 schools. A total of 100 teachers were selected for the study. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The data analysis method used was simple regression. The results of the analysis show that: (1) Supervisory support from the education authority has a positive but insignificant effect on the performance of primary school teachers in the Cikancung district; (2) Leadership by the head of the educational authority has a positive effect, and significantly, on the performance of primary school teachers in the Cikancung district. The statistical analysis did not show a significant statistical effect. This indicates that, although there is a positive trend, factors other than academic supervision and head teacher leadership have a more dominant role in influencing the performance of teachers in the research location. Therefore, it is recommended that further research be conducted using other variables.
