Abstract
In the digital era, technology has simplified various aspects of life, including business processes in small and medium enterprises. Depot Bumi Qta, a refillable drinking water business in Serang Regency, faces obstacles in recording and managing orders, which are still done manually. This often leads to recording errors and delivery delays. This study aims to design and develop a mobile application for drinking water orders using the Waterfall method, which includes needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. This application is supported by Firebase as a backend for real-time data storage, user authentication, and order status notifications. Testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that all functions ran according to specifications. Usability evaluation using the System Usability Scale obtained a score of 83, indicating that the application is very easy to use and acceptable to users. The results of the study prove that digitizing the ordering process through this application can improve operational efficiency, reduce human error, speed up service, and provide transparency and ease of access for customers. This solution is expected to become a model for the application of service digitization in the entrepreneurial sector, particularly in the distribution of refillable drinking water.
