Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan program pelatihan peningkatan kesadaran multikultural dalam mewujudkan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di tingkat SMA, Kota Bogor. Tujuan spesifik penelitian ini meliputi: 1) identifikasi kondisi awal kesadaran multikultural guru BK, 2) deskripsi profil pelajar Pancasila siswa, 3) perancangan program pelatihan kesadaran multikultural, 4) evaluasi perubahan yang terjadi setelah pelatihan, dan 5) penilaian efektivitas pelatihan dalam mendukung pengembangan profil siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran (embedded mix method) yang merupakan desain penelitian campuran yang melibatkan pengumpulan dan analisis data kualitatif dalam sebuah desain experimental (studi kuantitatif). Data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui pre-test dan post-test, sedangkan data kualitatif diperoleh melalui FGD, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi untuk memperkaya analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum pelatihan, kesadaran multikultural guru BK berada pada tingkat sedang dan profil pelajar Pancasila siswa belum optimal dalam dimensi kebhinnekaan global, gotong royong, dan kreativitas. Program pelatihan yang dirancang berbasis pendekatan in-service training, on the job training, dan lesson study terbukti efektif meningkatkan kesadaran multikultural guru BK dan penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa program pelatihan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran multikultural guru BK dan memperkuat Profil Pelajar Pancasila pada siswa. Rekomendasi meliputi perlunya Program Kegiatan Berkelanjutan (PKB) bagi guru di tingkat SMA/SMK di Kota Bogor, melibatkan kolaborasi antara guru, siswa, dan orang tua, serta perbaikan evaluasi program dengan menggunakan kelompok kontrol. This study aims to evaluate the impact of a multicultural awareness training program in realizing the Profil Pelajar Pancasila at the senior high school level in Bogor Regency. The specific objectives of this study include: 1) identifying the initial condition of the multicultural awareness of the guidance and counselling (BK) teachers, 2) describing the students' Profil Pelajar Pancasila, 3) designing the multicultural awareness training program, 4) evaluating the changes occurring after the training, and 5) assessing the effectiveness of the training in supporting the development of the students’ profile. This study employs a mixed-method approach with an embedded design. Quantitative data were obtained through pre-tests and post-tests, while qualitative data were collected through focus group discussions (FGD), interviews, observations, and documentation to enrich the analysis. The findings indicate that prior to the training, the multicultural awareness of the BK teachers was at a moderate level, and the students' Profil Pelajar Pancasila was not optimal in the dimensions of global diversity, mutual cooperation, and creativity. The training program, which was designed based on in-service training, on-the-job training, and lesson study approaches, proved effective in enhancing the multicultural awareness of the BK teachers and strengthening the Profil Pelajar Pancasila. The conclusion of this study asserts that the training program was effective in improving the multicultural awareness of the BK teachers and strengthening the Profil Pelajar Pancasila in students. Recommendations include the need for a Sustainable Activity Program (PKB) for teachers at senior high schools in Bogor Regency, involving collaboration between teachers, students, and parents, as well as improving program evaluation by using a control group.
