    Abstract

    Keterbatasan ekonomi, ketimpangan sosial, hambatan akses terhadap sumber informasi, fasilitas belajar yang kurang memadai, juga persepsi negatif menjadi tantangan yang dihadapi peserta didik afirmasi. Kondisi yang dialami tidak ada yang bisa memprediksi bagaimana kedepannya, satu hal yang pasti yaitu usaha untuk mencapai masa depan yang sukses, melalui perkembangan jalur karier. Pada prosesnya, peserta didik afirmasi Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) dengan kisaran usia 13-15 tahun sedang dalam fase eksplorasi karier, pencarian identitas diri dan sedang dalam fase mengumpulkan perspektif-perspektif baru yang akan diolah menjadi nilai dirinya sendiri. Konstruk planned happenstance skills hadir untuk menjadi kerangka kerja yang dapat dikembangkan guru Bimbingan dan Konseling untuk memfasilitasi proses perkembangan kemampuan peserta didik. Konstruk planned happenstance terdiri dari lima Keterampilan planned happenstance yaitu optimism, risk-taking, persistence, curiosity dan flexibility. Hasil Penelitian ini mengembangkan layanan bimbingan karier berupa action plan berdasarkan kecenderungan planned happenstance skills siswa afirmasi yang diperoleh dari Planned Happenstance Career Inventory (PHCI). Hasil rancangan layanan tersebut dapat digunakan pada praktik Bimbingan dan Konseling karier di sekolah juga dapat dimodifikasi sesuai kebutuhan dan kondisi peserta didik. Economic limitations, social inequality, challenges, prejudice, barriers to accessing information sources and inadequate learning facilities are things faced by economically deprived students. The conditions experienced no one can predict how the future will be, one thing that is certain is the effort to achieve a successful future, through the development of a career path. In the process, economically deprived students in junior high school with an age range of 13-15 years are in the phase of career exploration, searching for self-identity and are in the phase of collecting new perspectives that will be processed into their own values. The planned happenstance skills construct is present to become a framework that can be developed by Guidance and Counseling teachers to facilitate the process of developing students' abilities. The planned happenstance construct consists of five planned happenstance skills, namely optimism, risk-taking, persistence, curiosity and flexibility. The results of this study developed a career guidance service in the form of an action plan based on the tendency of planned happenstance skills of economically deprived students obtained from the Planned Happenstance Career Inventory (PHCI). The results is action plan that can be used in the practice of career guidance and counseling in schools and can be modified according to the needs and conditions of students.
