    Abstract

    Pesatnya perkembangan e-commerce turut mendorong lonjakan pengiriman paket, namun hal ini memunculkan tantangan baru terkait aspek keamanan dan efisiensi, khususnya saat penerima paket tidak berada di lokasi. Masalah seperti keterlambatan, potensi kehilangan atau kerusakan barang, serta beban tambahan bagi kurir menjadi kendala umum yang dialami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan perancangan dan implementasi sistem smartbox dengan fitur verifikasi resi dan monitoring visual barang kiriman. Penelitian ini menawarkan solusi melalui perancangan dan implementasi smartbox berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang dilengkapi verifikasi nomor resi dan dokumentasi foto, untuk menciptakan sistem penerimaan paket yang otomatis, aman, dan transparan. Pendekatan Design and Development (D&D) digunakan dalam membangun sistem ini, dengan menggabungkan perangkat keras berupa ESP32, ESP32-CAM, keypad 4x4, LCD TFT, dan motor servo, serta perangkat lunak berupa website dan database MySQL. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh komponen perangkat keras dan fitur perangkat lunak seperti otentikasi dan dashboard berfungsi optimal. Sistem mencatat tingkat keberhasilan 100% dari 50 kali pengujian, dengan rata-rata durasi 11,61 detik per siklus. Dengan demikian sistem smartbox berhasil dikembangkan dan hasil pengujian mendapatkan hasil yang memuaskan. -------- The rapid growth of e-commerce has led to a surge in package deliveries, but this has created new challenges in terms of security and efficiency, especially when the recipient is not at the delivery location. Problems such as delays, potential loss or damage to goods, and additional burdens on couriers are common obstacles. This study aims to design and implement a smartbox system with receipt verification and visual monitoring of delivered goods. This research offers a solution through the design and implementation of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based smartbox equipped with receipt number verification and photo documentation, to create an automated, secure, and transparent package delivery system. The Design and Development (D&D) approach was used in building this system, combining hardware such as ESP32, ESP32-CAM, 4x4 keypad, TFT LCD, and servo motor, as well as software such as a website and MySQL database. Test results show that all hardware components and software features, such as authentication and dashboard, function optimally. The system recorded a 100% success rate from 50 tests, with an average duration of 11.61 seconds per cycle. Thus, the smartbox system has been successfully developed and the test results are satisfactory.
