    Abstract

    Mental health kepala sekolah berperan sebagai fondasi utama dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat dan kondusif bagi guru. Iklim sekolah juga menjadi faktor penentu dalam membentuk produktivitas dan kesejahteraan guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengkaji profil mental health kepala sekolah yang mendukung wellbeing dan produktivitas kinerja guru;(2) mengkaji iklim sekolah yang kondusif dan iklim sekolah yang mendukung wellbeing dan produktivitas kinerja; (3) menganalisis hubungan mental health kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah secara bersamaan terhadap wellbeing guru;(4) menganalisis hubungan mental health dan iklim sekolah secara bersamaan terhadap produktivitas kinerja guru; (5) menganalisis hubungan mental health dan iklim sekolah secara bersamaan terhadap hubungan wellbeing guru dan produktivitas kinerja guru sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Garut. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru pada 33 SDN di Tarogong Kidul Kab. Garut yang berjumlah 310 orang, sampel 175 guru yang dipilih dengan teknik proportional random sampling pada tiap sekolah. Uji validitas, reliabilitas dan analisa data diskriptif, uji regresi dan uji cannonical menggunakan program SPSS versi 27. Temuan hasil penelitian: (1) Hasil perhitungan SPSS 27 pada koefisien korelasi positif hasil pengujian koefisien mental health kepala sekolah, iklim sekolah memiliki hubungan terhadap wellbeing guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,600 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dengan kategori kuat. (2) hasil perhitungan SPSS 27 pada hasil pengujian koefisien mental health kepala sekolah, iklim sekolah memiliki hubungan terhadap produktivitas kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,399 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dengan kategori lemah; (3) hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa wellbeing guru memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan variabel kanonik dependen, ditunjukkan oleh nilai korelasi lebih dari 0,05, Berdasarkan temuan di atas maka: (1) perlu mengembangkan program sistematis untuk mendukung mental health kepala sekolah, (2) Satuan pendidikan bersama pengawas sekolah harus melakukan asesmen iklim sekolah secara rutin melalui survei guru, siswa, dan tenaga kependidikan untuk mendeteksi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kenyamanan kerja dan hubungan profesional di sekolah; (3) Kepala sekolah disarankan untuk mengembangkan gaya kepemimpinan yang reflektif dan empatik. -------- The mental health of school principals plays a key role in creating a healthy and conducive work environment for teachers. School climate is also a determining factor in shaping teacher productivity and well-being. The objectives of this study were: (1) to examine the mental health profiles of school principals that support teacher well-being and performance productivity; (2) to examine conducive school climates and school climates that support well-being and performance productivity; (3) to analyze the relationship between principal mental health and school climate simultaneously on teacher well-being; (4) to analyze the relationship between mental health and school climate simultaneously on teacher performance productivity; (5) to analyze the relationship between mental health and school climate simultaneously on teacher well-being and performance productivity of elementary school teachers in Garut Regency. The population of this study was 310 teachers at 33 elementary schools in Tarogong Kidul, Garut Regency, with a sample of 175 teachers selected using proportional random sampling techniques at each school. Validity, reliability, and descriptive data analysis tests, regression tests, and canonical tests were conducted using the SPSS version 27 program. Research findings: (1) The results of SPSS 27 calculations on the positive correlation coefficient of the principal's mental health coefficient test show that school climate has a relationship with teacher well-being with a correlation coefficient of 0.600 with a significance of 0.000 in the strong category. (2) The results of SPSS 27 calculations on the results of the principal's mental health coefficient test show that school climate has a relationship with teacher performance productivity with a correlation coefficient of 0.399 with a significance of 0.000 in the weak category; (3) the results of the analysis show that teacher well-being has a strong relationship with the dependent canonical variable, indicated by a correlation value of more than 0.05. Based on the above findings, it is necessary to develop a systematic program to support the principal's mental health, (2) Educational units together with school supervisors must conduct regular school climate assessments through surveys of teachers, students, and education personnel to detect factors that influence work comfort and professional relationships in schools; (3) School principals are advised to develop a reflective and empathetic leadership style.
