PERANCANGAN “CLASS OF CLICK” SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF BERBASIS WEBSITE PADA MATERI UI/UX DESIGN DI SMK NEGERI 1 PANYINGKIRAN

    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya kebutuhan tenaga ahli di bidang UI/UX design seiring perkembangan industri digital. Data Statista (2025) menunjukkan bahwa per Februari 2025 terdapat 5,56 miliar pengguna internet di dunia (67,9% dari populasi global), menegaskan pentingnya produk digital yang dirancang dengan baik. Industri TIK, khususnya sektor e-commerce, aplikasi mobile, dan platform digital lainnya, semakin menuntut keterampilan UI/UX design. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, SMK Negeri 1 Panyingkiran, khususnya jurusan Desain Komunikasi Visual, berupaya memperluas peminatan siswa pada bidang UI/UX, meskipun terkendala keterbatasan tenaga pengajar. Sebagai solusi, penelitian ini mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis website bernama “Class of Click” dengan metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) melalui enam tahap: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, dan distribution. Media dikembangkan menggunakan HTML, CSS, JavaScript, dan Bootstrap, serta dilengkapi fitur latihan interaktif menggunakan platform ZEP Quiz. Hasil uji kelayakan menunjukkan bahwa media ini memperoleh skor 82,6% pada aspek materi dan 76,55% pada aspek media. Respon pengguna juga menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan yang tinggi, yaitu 100% dari guru dan 98,8% dari siswa. Dengan demikian, “Class of Click” dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran alternatif untuk mendukung peminatan UI/UX design di SMK. -------- This research is motivated by the increasing demand for experts in the field of UI/UX design in line with the development of the digital industry. Data from Statista (2025) shows that as of February 2025, there will be 5.56 billion internet users worldwide (67.9% of the global population), emphasising the importance of well-designed digital products. The ICT industry, particularly the e-commerce sector, mobile applications, and other digital platforms, is increasingly demanding UI/UX design skills. In line with this, SMK Negeri 1 Panyingkiran, particularly the Visual Communication Design department, is striving to expand students' interest in the field of UI/UX, despite being constrained by a shortage of teaching staff. As a solution, this study developed an interactive learning medium based on a website named ‘Class of Click’ using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method through six stages: concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing, and distribution. The medium was developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap, and includes interactive exercise features using the ZEP Quiz platform. The feasibility test results showed that the media achieved a score of 82.6% in the content aspect and 76.55% in the media aspect. User responses also indicated a high level of feasibility, with 100% of teachers and 98.8% of students expressing approval. Thus, “Class of Click” is deemed suitable for use as an alternative learning medium to support interest in UI/UX design at vocational high schools.
