Abstract
Transformasi pendidikan di era digital menuntut guru memiliki literasi teknologi dan kinerja optimal. Implementasi kepemimpinan digital dan pemberdayaan guru masih menghadapi kendala infrastruktur, pelatihan, dan budaya kerja digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan digital dan pemberdayaan guru oleh kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Rancaekek. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 575 guru sekolah dasar, dengan sampel sebanyak 228 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berbasis skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepemimpinan digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, meskipun kontribusi langsungnya relatif kecil; (2) pemberdayaan guru oleh kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dengan pengaruh yang lebih dominan dibandingkan kepemimpinan digital; dan (3) kepemimpinan digital dan pemberdayaan guru secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan kontribusi moderat. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kompetensi digital kepala sekolah dan optimalisasi strategi pemberdayaan guru merupakan langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dasar. --------- Educational transformation in the digital era demands that teachers possess technological literacy and optimal performance. The implementation of digital leadership and teacher empowerment still faces challenges related to infrastructure, training, and a digital work culture. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital leadership and teacher empowerment by principals on the performance of elementary school teachers in Rancaekek District. The study used a quantitative approach with correlational methods. The study population consisted of 575 elementary school teachers, with a sample of 228 respondents selected using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-based questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) through SmartPLS. The results showed that: (1) digital leadership had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, although its direct contribution was relatively small; (2) teacher empowerment by principals had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, with a more dominant effect than digital leadership; and (3) digital leadership and teacher empowerment simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a moderate contribution. These findings confirm that improving principals' digital competencies and optimizing teacher empowerment strategies are strategic steps to improve the quality of elementary education.
