Abstract

Penelitianinidilakukan di SMA Negeri 13 Bandung.Tujuanpenelitianiniadalahuntukmendeskripsikankinerjamengajar guru danprestasibelajarsiswapadamatapelajaranAkuntansisertamengetahuipengaruhkinerjamengajar guru terhadapprestasibelajarsiswapadamatapelajaranAkuntansi di kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 13 Bandung. Desain yang digunakanpadapenelitianiniadalahtipe survey danmetode yang digunakanadalahmetodedeskriptifverifikatif.Populasidalampenelitianiniadalah 167 orang siswakelas XII IPS danteknikpengambilansampel yang digunakanadalahsampeljenuhatausensus, yaitusemuaanggotapopulasidigunakansebagaisampel.Data mengenaikinerjamengajar guru diperolehdarihasilpenyebarankuesionerdenganskalanumerik, sedangkan data prestasibelajarsiswadiperolehdaristudidokumentasi.Gambaranmengenaikinerjamengajar guru Akuntansi di SMA Negeri 13 Bandung adalahsedangdanprestasibelajarsiswapadamatapelajaranAkuntansiberadapadakriteriatinggi. Hasilpenelitianmenunjukkanbahwakinerjamengajar guru berpengaruhpositifterhadapprestasibelajarsiswadengannilaikoefisienkorelasisebesar 78,2%. Hasilperhitungankoefisiendeterminasisebesar 61,2%, haliniberartikinerjamengajar guru berpengaruhterhadapprestasibelajarsebesar 61,2% sedangkansebesar 38,8% dipengaruhiolehfaktor lain. Hasilperhitunganujisignifikansidenganderajatkebebasan 165 danα=0,05 diperoleh t_(hitung )sebesar 16,141 dan t_tabel sebesar 1,645,makadapatdiketahuibahwa 16,141>1,645ataut_(hitung )>t_tabel.Sehingga berdasarkanhasilpenelitian, kinerjamengajar guru memilikipengaruhpositifdansignifikanterhadapprestasibelajarsiswadapatditerimadengantingkatkepercayaan 95%.Disarankankepada guru untukmeningkatkankinerjamengajarkarenasemakintinggikinerjamengajar guru, makasemakintinggiprestasibelajarsiswa. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 13 Bandung. The purpose of this research was to describe teacher’s teaching performance and students’ learning achievement of accounting subject and also to examine the effect of teacher’s teaching performance on students’ learning achievement in social science program grade XII at SMA Negeri 13 Bandung. The design of this research used survey type and descriptive method of verification. The population of this research was 167 students of sosial science program grade XII and sampling technique that used in this research was census, which is all members of population used as sample. Moreover, the data was derived by the result of the questionnaires with numerical scale of data. An overview of teacher’s teaching performance was in enough criteria and an overview of students’ learning achievement was good. The results of the research showed that teacher’s teaching performance has a possitive effect on students’ learning achievement with a coefficient of correlation amounts 78,2%. The result of coefficient determination amounts 61,2%, it means that teaching performance of teacher affected by 61,2% of students’ learning achievement, while the remaining 38,8% influenced by other factors. The results of calculating the correlation of significance test with 165 degree of freedom and 0.05 alpha gained tcount amounts 16, 141 and ttable amounts 1,645. By comparing tcount and ttabelgained 16,141>1,645. Based on data tcount>ttable. Based on the results teacher’s teaching performance has a possitiveand significant effect on students’ learning achievement accepted as true by the level 95%. This research recommends that teacher should upgrade the teaching performance because the higher teacher’s teaching performance, the higher students’ learning achievement.
