    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri Kota Bandung tahun ajaran 2023/2024 berdasarkan Penilaian Akhir Semester (PAS) yang belum mencapai Kriteria Ketercapaian Tujuan Pembelajaran (KKTP). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar, motivasi belajar, dan hasil belajar terhadap mata pelajaran ekonomi, mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar, mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar terhadap motivasi belajar, mengetahui motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar, dan mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar dengan motivasi belajar sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survei eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data dengan skala bipolar adjective dan teknik analisis data yaitu analisis regresi berganda dengan variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri Kota Bandung sebanyak 7.041 siswa. Dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 348 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Hasil belajar berada pada kategori sedang, pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar berada pada kategori cukup efektif/sedang, dan motivasi belajar berada pada kategori sedang; (2) Pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa; (3) Pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa; (4) Motivasi belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa; dan (5) Motivasi belajar memediasi secara parsial (partial mediation) pengaruh pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. This research is motivated by the learning outcomes of class X students in economics subjects at SMA Negeri Kota Bandung in the 2023/2024 academic year based on the Final Semester Assessment (PAS) which have not yet reached the Learning Objectives Achievement Criteria (KKTP). This study aims to determine the description of the utilization of learning facilities, learning motivation, and learning outcomes for economics subjects, to determine the effect of the utilization of learning facilities on learning outcomes, to determine the effect of the utilization of learning facilities on learning motivation, to determine the effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes, and to determine the effect of the utilization of learning facilities on learning outcomes with learning motivation as a mediating variable. The research method used is an explanatory survey with a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection tool with a bipolar adjective scale and data analysis techniques, namely multiple regression analysis with mediating variables. The population in this study were 7,041 class X students at SMA Negeri Kota Bandung. By using a purposive sampling technique, a sample of 348 students was obtained. The results of the study show that: (1) Learning outcomes are in the moderate category, the utilization of learning facilities is in the quite effective/moderate category, and learning motivation is in the moderate category; (2) The utilization of learning facilities has an effect on student learning outcomes; (3) The utilization of learning facilities has an effect on students' learning motivation; (4) Learning motivation has an effect on students’ learning outcomes; and (5) Learning motivation partially mediates the effect of the utilization of learning facilities on students' learning outcomes in economics subjects.
