Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan motivasi belajar sebagai variabel moderator pada siswa kelas XI Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Ciamis. Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa menjadi perhatian utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei. Responden terdiri dari siswa kelas XI Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Ciamis dengan jumlah 106 siswa. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan rating scale 5 skor, yang mengukur variabel minat belajar, motivasi belajar, dan hasil belajar. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan variabel moderator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) minat belajar siswa kelas XI Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Perkantoran berada pada kategori sedang; (2) motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Perkantoran berada pada kategori sedang; (3) minat belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa; (4) motivasi belajar siswa memoderasi secara positif dan memperkuat pengaruh minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan strategi pembelajaran di sekolah, khususnya dengan meningkatkan minat belajar dan motivasi belajar siswa. Penerapan metode pembelajaran yang mampu meningkatkan minat belajar dan didukung oleh peningkatan motivasi belajar diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Guru dan pengelola sekolah disarankan untuk mempertimbangkan strategi-strategi yang mendorong siswa lebih tertarik dalam pembelajaran serta mengembangkan motivasi yang kuat dalam proses belajar. Kata Kunci : Minat Belajar, Motivasi Belajar, Hasil Belajar This study examines the influence of learning interest on student learning outcomes with learning motivation as a moderator variable in class XI students of Office Management and Business Services in the Office Technology subject at SMK Negeri 1 Ciamis. Low student learning outcomes are a major concern in improving the quality of education. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with a survey method. Respondents consisted of class XI students of Office Management and Business Services in the Office Technology subject at SMK Negeri 1 Ciamis with a total of 106 students. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a 5-point rating scale, which measured the variables of learning interest, learning motivation, and learning outcomes. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with moderator variables. The results of the study showed that: (1) the learning interest of class XI students of Office Management and Business Services in the Office Technology subject was in the moderate category; (2) the learning motivation of class XI students of Office Management and Business Services in the Office Technology subject was in the moderate category; (3) learning interest had a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes; (4) Student learning motivation positively moderates and strengthens the influence of learning interest on student learning outcomes. The implications of this research indicate the need to improve learning strategies in schools, especially by increasing student learning interest and motivation. The application of learning methods that can increase learning interest and are supported by increased learning motivation is expected to help improve student learning outcomes. Teachers and school administrators are advised to consider strategies that encourage students to be more interested in learning and develop strong motivation in the learning process.
