    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbantuan multimedia interaktif guna meningkatkan kemampuan logical thinking siswa pada materi sistem komputer. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada rendahnya kemampuan berpikir logis siswa serta terbatasnya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang interaktif. Selain itu, siswa juga menyadari perlunya multimedia yang mendukung proses pembelajaran mereka dalam memahami sistem komputer. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang mencakup lima tahap: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Subjek penelitian adalah 36 siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Dukupuntang. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi tes pretest dan posttest, instrumen validasi media serta angket tanggapan siswa terhadap multimedia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa multimedia interaktif “LearnRobin” mendapat respon positif dari siswa (83,90%). Rata-rata skor pretest sebesar 74,11 meningkat menjadi 95,61 pada posttest, dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,59 yang termasuk kategori sedang. Kemampuan logical thinking siswa mengalami peningkatan dengan kriteria gain skor sedang, yaitu 0,70 pada keruntutan berpikir, 0,61 pada kemampuan berargumen, dan 0,57 pada penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan PBL berbasis multimedia interaktif terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan logical thinking siswa dan menciptakan pembelajaran yang interaktif. This study aims to implement the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model integrated with interactive multimedia to enhance students’ logical thinking skills in the topic of computer systems. The background of this study stems from the low level of students’ logical thinking abilities and the limited use of interactive learning media. In addition, students recognized the need for multimedia that supports their learning process in understanding computer systems. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The participants of this study were 36 tenth-grade students at SMAN 1 Dukupuntang. The instruments used included pre- and post-tests, media validation instruments, and student response questionnaires regarding the multimedia. The findings revealed that the interactive multimedia “LearnRobin” received positive feedback from students (83.90%). The average pretest score of 74.11 increased to 95.61 in the posttest, with an N-Gain score of 0.59, categorized as moderate. Students’ logical thinking skills also improved, with a gain score of 0.70 in logical sequencing, 0.61 in reasoning, and 0.57 in drawing conclusions. These results indicate that the application of PBL-based interactive multimedia is effective in improving students’ logical thinking skills while fostering an engaging and interactive learning environment.
