    Abstract

    Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan flipbook berbasisi PBL untuk melatih keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa pada materi sistem pernapasan manusia. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya media ajar yang mendukung proses belajar. Penggunaan media Flipbook yang interaktif saat ini memiliki peran yang sangat strategis sebagai upaya untuk memotivasi dan melatih keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa khususnya pada materi sistem pernapasan manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan media flipbook berbasis PBL yang valid, reliabel, dan praktis digunakan pada pembelajaran IPAS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Design & Development (D&D) tipe 2. Partisipan yang terlibat dalam peneitian ini diantaranya validator ahli media, validator ahli materi, validator ahli bahasa, validator ahli pembelajaran, guru, dan peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri Budigalih. Akumulasi hasil uji kelayakan dari validator menggunakan Cronbach’s Alpha sebagai uji reliabilitas dan V Aiken’s sebagai uji kelayakan menunjukkan kategori “layak”. Selanjutnya, keterlaksanaan model PBL menjunjukan kategori “sangat baik”. Hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukan kenaikan skor yang signifikan yang artinya media flipbook mampu melatih keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. -------- This research is a development study of a PBL-based flipbook aimed at training students' critical thinking skills on the topic of the human respiratory system. This is motivated by the lack of teaching media that supports the learning process. The use of interactive flipbook media currently plays a very strategic role in efforts to motivate and train students' critical thinking skills, especially regarding the human respiratory system. The objective of this research is to develop a valid, reliable, and practical PBL-based flipbook media for use in IPAS learning. This study is a Design & Development (D&D) type 2 research. The participants involved in this research include media expert validators, content expert validators, language expert validators, learning expert validators, teachers, and fifth-grade students from Budigalih Elementary School. The accumulation of feasibility test results from validators using Cronbach’s Alpha as a reliability test and V Aiken’s as a feasibility test indicates a 'Feasible' category. Furthermore, the implementation of the PBL model shows a 'Very Good' category. The results of the pre-test and post-test indicate a significant increase in scores, meaning that the flipbook media is capable of training students' critical thinking skills.
