    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis pada materi nilai yang belum diketahui dalam sebuah kalimat matematika yang berkaitan dengan penjumlahan dan pengurangan pada bilangan cacah sampai 100. Selain itu, daya juang siswa pun masih tergolong rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis Problem Based Learning untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis dan daya juang siswa dengan judul Petualangan Mamat yang dikemas dengan alur cerita yang saling berkesinambungan. Metode penelitian ini adalah DnD dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 langkah yaitu analyze, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD, ahli materi, ahli bahasa, ahli desain, dan praktisi pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data diantaranya wawancara, validasi ahli, tes, dan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar Petualangan Mamat mendapat kategori layak berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli. Peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis dan daya juang siswa berada pada kategori tinggi berdasarkan hasil tes dan angket yang diuji cobakan kepada siswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahan ajar Petualangan Mamat sangat layak digunakan untuk siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar dan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis dan daya juang. This study was motivated by the low mathematical problem solving ability on unknown value material in a mathematical sentence related to addition and subtraction of integers up to 100. In addition, students' adversity quotient is still relatively low. The purpose of this research is to develop teaching materials based on Problem Based Learning to improve students' mathematical problem solving skills and adversity quotient with the title Mamat's Adventure which is packaged with a continuous storyline. This research method is DnD with the ADDIE model which consists of 5 steps, namely analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects in this study were grade IV elementary school students, material experts, linguists, design experts, and learning practitioners. Data collection techniques include interviews, expert validation, tests, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results showed that the Mamat Adventure teaching materials received a decent category based on the results of expert validation. The increase in mathematical problem solving ability and students' adversity quotient is in the high category based on the results of tests and questionnaires tested on students. The conclusion of this study is that Mamat's Adventure teaching materials are very feasible to use for grade IV elementary school students and can improve mathematical problem solving skills and adversity quotient.
