Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kompetensi guru, lingkungan belajar, motivasi belajar, dan hasil belajar siswa, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi guru dan lingkungan belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan motivasi belajar sebagai variabel mediasi. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 200 siswa kelas X jurusan Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga di SMK Negeri di Kota Bandung tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan korelasi product moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan cronbach’s alpha. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa jawaban responden yang dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner, serta dokumentasi untuk hasil belajar. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan bantuan program software IBM SPSS versi 26. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif hasil belajar berada dalam kategori rendah yaitu dibawah KKM, kompetensi guru berada berada dalam kategori tinggi, lingkungan belajar berada dalam kategori tinggi, dan motivasi belajar berada dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi guru berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Lingkungan belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Kompetensi guru dan lingkungan belajar tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap hasil belajar, tetapi motivasi belajar memediasi pengaruh kompetensi guru dan lingkungan belajar terhadap hasil belajar. This study aims to show the overview of teacher competence, learning environment, learning motivation, and student learning outcomes, moreover it aims to know the effect of teacher competence and learning environment on student learning outcomes with learning motivation as a mediating variable. The research sample consisted of 200 tenth-grade students specializing in Accounting and Financial Institutions at State Vocational Schools in Bandung City for the academic year 2024/2025. The sampling method used was Simple Random Sampling technique. Instrument validity was tested using Pearson product moment correlation and reliability was tested using Cronbach's alpha. The data in this study were primary data collected through respondents's questionnaire responses, and documentation for learning outcomes. Hypothesis test was performed using path analysis and IBM SPSS version 26 software program. According to the descriptive analysis, learning outcomes are in the low category or below KKM, teacher competence is in the high category, learning environment is in the high category, and learning motivation is in the high category. The results of the study indicates that teacher competence affect positively on student learning motivation. The learning environment affect positively on student learning motivation. Learning motivation affect positively on student learning outcomes. Teacher competence and learning environment does not directly affect on learning outcomes, but learning motivation mediates the influence of teacher competence and learning environment on learning outcomes.
