    Abstract

    Kebutuhan sumber belajar digital dalam pembelajaran abad-21 saat ini merupakan hal yang tidak terelakan. Dengan penggunaan pendekatan student-centered learning menuntut siswa untuk lebih aktif dalam belajar mandiri. Pengajar bukan lagi sebagai sumber belajar satu-satunya. Siswa harus pandai-pandai mencari sumber belajar yang lainnya. Temuan di sekolah MTS Yayasan Pondok Pesantren (YPPS) Sukamiskin adalah adanya kesenjangan antara kebutuhan sumber belajar siswa dengan sumber belajar yang tersedia. Dari kesenjangan tersebut peneliti memutuskan untuk melakukan penelitian pengembangan untuk mengembangkan sumber belajar digital terbuka atau yang lebih dikenal sebagai open educational resources (OER) berbasis website pada Mata Pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial kelas 9. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan sebuah website open educational resources yang dapat digunakan sebagai sumber belajar digital siswa. Dengan mendeskripsikan kondisi faktual ketersediaan sumber belajar, memaparkan kebutuhan terhadap bahan ajar sebagai sumber belajar digital, mendeskripsikan desain website open educational resources, memaparkan kelayakan website open educational resources, dan menilai respon pengguna dalam penggunaan website open educational resources di Mata Pelajaran IPS Kelas 9 di MTS YPPS Sukamiskin. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan metode design based research (DBR) dengan sampel siswa kelas 9 yang diambil dengan cluster random sampling. Dari penelitian ini dihasilkan sebuah website OER yang diberi nama Open Social Edu. Di dalamnya berisi video pembelajaran, materi teks, chatbot, infografis, kuis interaktif, dan laman berdiskusi, dengan 17 halaman website yang saling terintegrasi satu sama lain. Dinyatakan layak oleh ahli media dalam kategori "sangat baik" dengan perolehan skor rata rata 90,35%. Website OER ini juga mendapatkan respon positif dari siswa dengan skor persentase rata-rata 80,41% dalam kategori "baik". Diharapkan kedepannya dapat terus bermanfaat untuk sekolah dan siswa dalam pembelajaran Mata Pelajaran IPS. The need for digital learning resources in 21st-century learning is now inevitable. The use of a student-centered learning approach requires students to be more active in independent learning. Teachers are no longer the sole source of learning. Students must be adept at finding other learning resources. Findings at the MTS Yayasan Pondok Pesantren (YPPS) Sukamiskin school reveal a gap between students' learning resource needs and the available learning resources. Based on this gap, the researcher decided to conduct a development study to create open educational resources (OER) based on a website for the Social Studies subject in 9th grade. The purpose of this study is to produce a website containing open educational resources that can be used as a digital learning resource for students. This involves describing the actual availability of learning resources, presenting the need for teaching materials as digital learning resources, describing the design of the open educational resources website, presenting the feasibility of the open educational resources website, and assessing user responses to the use of the open educational resources website in the Social Studies subject for 9th grade students at MTS YPPS Sukamiskin. This development research used the design-based research (DBR) method with a sample of 9th grade students selected through cluster random sampling. The research resulted in an OER website named Open Social Edu. It contains educational videos, text materials, chatbots, infographics, interactive quizzes, and discussion pages, with 17 interconnected website pages. The website was deemed suitable by media experts in the “very good” category, with an average score of 90.35%. The OER website also received positive feedback from students, with an average percentage score of 80.41% in the “good” category. It is hoped that this website will continue to be beneficial for schools and students in their Social Studies learning.
