    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka yang menekankan pentingnya kemandirian dan keaktifan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran, salah satunya diwujudkan melalui P5RA yang diterapkan di madrasah-madrasah naungan Kementerian Agama RI. P5RA berpotensi menciptakan suasana dan pengalaman belajar yang membahagiakan. Suasana dan pengalaman belajar yang membahagiakan berpotensi dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kebahagiaan belajar siswa dalam implementasi P5RA di MA Annajah yang dianalisis melalui aspek PERMA (Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationship, Meaning, dan Acccomplishment). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 135 siswa dengan proportional stratified random sampling, menghasilkan sampel berjumlah 101 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan model Interactive. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Tingkat kebahagiaan belajar siswa dalam implementasi P5RA di MA Annajah berdasarkan aspek PERMA berada pada kategori tinggi; (2) Tingkat kebahagiaan belajar siswa dalam implementasi P5RA di MA Annajah berdasarkan aspek Positive Emotion berada pada kategori sedang; (3) Tingkat kebahagiaan belajar siswa dalam implementasi P5RA di Annajah berdasarkan aspek Engagement berada pada kategori sedang; (4) Tingkat kebahagiaan belajar siswa dalam implementasi P5RA di MA Annajah berdasarkan aspek Relationship berada pada kategori sangat tinggi; (5) Tingkat kebahagiaan belajar siswa dalam implementasi P5RA di MA Annajah berdasarkan aspek Meaning berada pada kategori tinggi dan sangat tinggi; (6) Tingkat kebahagiaan belajar siswa dalam implementasi P5RA di MA Annajah berdasarkan aspek Accomplishment berada pada kategori sedang. Dengan demikian, secara umum tingkat kebahagiaan belajar siswa dalam implementasi P5RA di MA Annajah berada pada kategori sedang. The background of this research is the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, which emphasizes the importance of student independence and active participation in the learning process. One of its realizations in madrasah under the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia is through the P5RA. P5RA has the potential to create a happiness learning atmosphere and experience. A happiness learning atmosphere and experience has the potential to increase students’ motivation for learning. Therefore, this research aims to determine the level of student learning happiness in the implementation of P5RA at MA Annajah which is analyzed through the PERMA (Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationship, Meaning, and Acccomplishment) aspect. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach. The study population was 135 students with proportional stratified random sampling, resulting in a sample of 101 students. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical techniques and Interactive model. The research findings show: (1) The level of student learning happiness in the implementation of P5RA at MA Annajah based on the PERMA (Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationship, Meaning, and Acccomplishment) aspect is in the high category; (2) The level of student learning happiness in the implementation of P5RA at MA Annajah based on the Positive Emotion aspect is in the moderate category; (3) The level of student learning happiness in the implementation of P5RA at Annajah based on the Engagement aspect is in the moderate category; (4) The level of student learning happiness in the implementation of P5RA at MA Annajah based on the Relationship aspect is in the very high category; (5) The level of student learning happiness in the implementation of P5RA at MA Annajah based on the Meaning aspect is in the high and very high category; (6) The level of student learning happiness in the implementation of P5RA at MA Annajah based on the Accomplishment aspect is in the moderate category. Thus, in general the level of student learning happiness in the implementation of P5RA at MA Annajah is in the moderate category.
