    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran secara utuh mengenai pengaruh kepemimpinan spiritual kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja mengajar guru di SMA IT Se-Kabupaten Cianjur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif yaitu membuat gambaran tentang suatu keadaan secara objektif menggunakan angka. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru-guru di SMA IT Kabupaten Cianjur. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner berbasis skala likert dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran kinerja mengajar guru berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, kepemimpinan spiritual kepala sekolah berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, dan motivasi kerja guru berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Selanjutnya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan spiritual kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja mengajar guru, dan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan spiritual kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja mengajar guru. Sebagai kesimpulan, penting bagi kepala sekolah untuk menerapkan kepemimpinan spiritual yang baik dan bagi guru juga penting untuk menjaga motivasi kerja yang baik agar tercipta kinerja yang baik yang dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah. This study aims to obtain a complete picture of the influence of the principal's spiritual leadership and teacher work motivation on teacher teaching performance in IT Senior High Schools throughout Cianjur Regency. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method, namely creating a picture of a situation objectively using numbers. The population of this study were teachers in IT Senior High Schools in Cianjur Regency. Data were collected using a Likert scale-based questionnaire and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the picture of teacher teaching performance was in the very high category, the principal's spiritual leadership was in the very high category, and the teacher's work motivation was in the very high category. Furthermore, there was a positive and significant influence between the principal's spiritual leadership on teacher teaching performance, there was a positive and significant influence between teacher work motivation on teacher teaching performance, and there was a positive and significant influence between the principal's spiritual leadership and teacher work motivation on teacher teaching performance. In conclusion, it is important for the principal to implement good spiritual leadership and it is also important for teachers to maintain good work motivation in order to create good performance that can improve the quality of education in schools.
