Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini ialah belum optimalnya hasil belajar siswa di SMK YPKKP Kota Bandung yang ditandai dengan masih banyaknya siswa yang belum mencapai Ketentuan Kriteria Minimal yang telah ditentukan. Apabila hal ini dibiarkan akan memberikan dampak negatif yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa, baik faktor internal maupun faktor eksternal dengan menggunakan teori belajar kontruktivisme menurut Vygotsky. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatakan kuantitatif, dengan analisis regresi berganda. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 57 siswa Program Keahlian Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK YPKKP Kota Bandung sebagai populasi serta sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat minat belajar berada pada kategori tinggi dan kondusifitas lingkungan sekolah siswa berada pada kategori cukup kondusif. Minat belajar dan lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar baik secara simultan ataupun parsial. Hasil penelitian ini juga mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan hasil belajar siswa perlu dibersamai dengan upaya meningkatkan minat belajar serta menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif. Kedua aspek tersebut memiliki peran penting dalam keberhasilan proses pembelajaran. Maka dari itu perlu adanya peran serta dari sekolah dan guru dalam membangun lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif serta mendorong siswa untuk memiliki minat belajar yang lebih baik. Diharapkan hasil belajar siswa di SMK YPKKP Kota Bandung bisa meningkat dan lebih optimal. Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Minat Belajar, Lingkungan Sekolah The problem addressed in this study is the suboptimal student learning outcomes at SMK YPKKP Bandung, as indicated by the significant number of students who have not met the established Minimum Competency Criteria. If left unaddressed, this issue could have ongoing negative impacts. This study aims to identify the factors that influence student learning outcomes, including both internal and external factors, using Vygotsky’s constructivist learning theory. This research employs a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis. The data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 57 students from the Office Automation and Governance Expertise Program at SMK YPKKP Bandung, who served as both the population and the sample of the study. The results show that students' learning interest is in the high category and the conduciveness of the school environment fall into the moderately conducive category. Both learning interest and the school environment have a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes, both simultaneously and partially. The findings also indicate that improving student learning outcomes needs to be accompanied by efforts to enhance learning interest and create a more conducive school environment. These two aspects play an important role in the success of the learning process. Therefore, it is necessary for the school and teachers to take part in building a supportive school environment and encouraging students to develop greater interest in learning. It is expected that student learning outcomes at SMK YPKKP Bandung can improve and become more optimal. Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Learning Interest, School Environment
