    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik khususnya aspek kognitif pada pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila elemen UUD 1945 terkait materi hak dan kewajiban, yang salah satunya disebabkan karena pembelajaran yang bersifat satu arah dan kurang melibatkan peserta didik secara aktif yang kerap menghambat perkembangan kemampuan kognitif. Oleh karena itu, peneliti menerapkan model pembelajaran RICOSRE, yang bertujuan untuk menguji dan mencari tahu efektivitas model tersebut terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada elemen UUD 1945 di fase B sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimen tipe One Group Pretest Posttest Design. Sampel yang terpilih sebanyak 23 peserta didik kelas IV salah satu sekolah dasar di Kota Bandung. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu tes tertulis dengan jenis soal pilihan ganda dan uraian. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji hipotesis, dan uji N-Gain. Berdasarkan data, rata-rata hasil pretest dan posttest mengalami peningkatan sebesar 36,09. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan. Pada uji N-Gain diperoleh nilai 0,78 yang berada pada kategori tinggi dan efektif. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran RICOSRE efektif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik pada pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila Elemen UUD 1945 di fase B. Hasil ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam penerapan model pembelajaran RICOSRE pada cakupan yang lebih luas. This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students, especially cognitive aspects of Civic Education Lessons on the element of the 1945 Constitution related to the topic of rights and obligations, one of which is caused by learning that is one-way and does not involve students actively which often hinders the development of cognitive abilities. Therefore, researchers applied the RICOSRE learning model which aims to test and find out the effectiveness of the model on student learning outcomes in the 1945 Constitution element in phase B of elementary school. This method used is quantitative with a pre-experiment design type One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The selected sample was 23 students of class IV of one of the elementary schools in Bandung City. The instrument used is a written test with multiple choice questions and descriptions. Data analysis used is normality test, hypothesis test, and N-Gain test. Based on the data, the average pretest and posttest results increased by 36,09. Based on the hypothesis test, the significance value is 0,000 < 0,05, which means that there is a significant increase in learning outcomes. The N-Gain test obtained a value of 0,78 which is in the high and effective category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the RICOSRE learning model is effective in improving the cognitive learning outcomes of students in Civic Education elements of the 1945 Constitution in phase B. These results are expected to serve as a reference for the application of the RICOSRE learning model on a broader scale.
