Abstract
Transformasi digital dalam pendidikan telah menjadi suatu keharusan dengan tujuan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan kompetensi peserta didik. Peran kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin pendidikan menjadi sangat penting dalam mendukung pendekatan pembelajaran yang adaptif. Salah satu pendekatan tersebut adalah heutagogi berbasis digital learning, yang menekankan pembelajaran mandiri Digital transformation in education has become a necessity with the aim of improving the quality of learning and student competence. The role of the principal as an educational leader is very important in supporting an adaptive learning approach. One such approach is heutagogy based on digital learning, which emphasizes independent learning and the use of technology as a tool to support the learning process. This research took the research location at SDN 6 Gandapura, SDN 4 Peusangan and SDN 1 Bireuen. The research method used in this study is a mixed method with an explanatory approach. The results of this study provide information: (1) In general, teacher performance shows positive results in terms of work quality and independence, but it is necessary to increase effectiveness in digital learning and reduce administrative burdens. (2) Principals in Bireuen Regency use strategies that focus on behavior, natural rewards, and constructive mindsets to improve Self-leadership, which supports discipline, intrinsic motivation, and positive attitudes. (3) Teachers with digital-based heutagogy skills can develop competencies independently, share knowledge, utilize learning data, and create interactive and meaningful learning experiences. (4) There is no positive influence between the quality of Self-leadership of the principal on digital-based heutagogy skills (t-statistic 1.765 <1.96; p-value 0.078> 0.05). (5) The quality of the principal's Self-leadership has a positive influence on teacher performance (t statistic 11.445 > 1.96; p-value 0.000 < 0.05). (6) The development of digital-based heutagogy skills has a positive influence on teacher performance (t-statistic 5.987 > 1.96; p-value 0.000 < 0.05). (7) Teacher performance as an intervening variable shows an indirect influence on digital-based heutagogy skills (t-statistic 4.636 > 1.96; p-value 0.000 < 0.05). dan penggunaan teknologi sebagai alat untuk memperkaya proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi penelitian di SDN 6 Gandapura, SDN 4 Peusangan dan SDN 1 Bireuen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mixed-method dengan pendekatan ekplanatori. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan informasi: (1) Secara umum, kinerja guru menunjukkan hasil positif dalam hal kualitas kerja dan kemandirian, namun perlu peningkatan efektivitas dalam pembelajaran digital dan pengurangan beban administrasi. (2) Kepala sekolah di Kabupaten Bireuen menggunakan strategi behavior-focused, natural rewards, dan constructive thought patterns untuk meningkatkan Self-leadership, yang mendukung disiplin, motivasi intrinsik, dan sikap positif. (3) Guru dengan kemampuan heutagogi berbasis digital dapat mengembangkan kompetensi secara mandiri, berbagi pengetahuan, memanfaatkan data pembelajaran, dan menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang interaktif dan bermakna. (4) Tidak terdapat pengaruh positif antara kualitas Self-leadership kepala sekolah terhadap kemampuan heutagogi berbasis digital (t-statistik 1,765 < 1,96; p-value 0,078 > 0,05). (5) Kualitas Self-leadership kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru (t-statistik 11,445 > 1,96; p-value 0,000 < 0,05). (6) Pengembangan kemampuan heutagogi berbasis digital memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru (t-statistik 5,987 > 1,96; p-value 0,000 < 0,05). (7) Kinerja guru sebagai variabel intervening menunjukkan pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kemampuan heutagogi berbasis digital (t-statistik 4,636 > 1,96; p-value 0,000 < 0,05).
