Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran self efficacy, kreativitas dan minat berwirausaha, serta pengaruh self efficacy terhadap minat berwirausaha melalui kreativitas mahasiswa Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia angkatan 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode deskripsi dan verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket yang disebarkan kepada angkatan 2021 sebanyak sampel yang berjumlah 236 orang dari 576 populasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simpel random sampling. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan korelasi product moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Croncbach Alpha. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heterokedastisitas. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistic 25. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa self efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap kreativitas, self efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha, kreativitas berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha, dan self efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha melalui kreativitas. This study aims to examine the description of self-efficacy, creativity, and entrepreneurial interest, as well as the influence of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest through the creativity of students in the Faculty of Economic and Business Education at the Indonesia University of Education, Class of 2021. This research employs a quantitative approach using descriptive and verificative methods. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires distributed to 236 respondents sampled from a population of 576 students, using simple random sampling techniques. The validity of the instrument was tested using the product-moment correlation, and reliability was assessed using the Cronbach's Alpha formula. Data collection techniques utilized questionnaires. The classical assumption tests conducted include normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. Hypothesis testing was carried out using path analysis with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results of the hypothesis testing indicate that self- efficacy has a positive effect on creativity, self-efficacy has a positive effect on entrepreneurial interest, creativity has a positive effect on entrepreneurial interest, and self-efficacy positively influences entrepreneurial interest through creativity.
