Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui penerapan model blended learning pada pembelajaran PJOK di SMA Negeri 1 Cicurug. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh berupa deskripsi tentang penerapan model blended learning pada pembelajaran PJOK di SMA Negeri 1 Cicurug dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara yang merupakan data utama dan dokumentasi yang digunakan untuk data pendukung dalam penelitian ini. Subjek penelitian adalah guru PJOK dan siswa SMA Negeri 1 Cicurug. Setelah itu dilakukan pengumpulan data untuk menganalisis data dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh SMA Negeri 1 Cicurug menerapkan model blended learning yaitu penerapan model pembelajaran di masa pandemi yang merupakan keputusan pemerintah saat itu. Karena keterbatasan tenaga pengajar yang mengharuskan guru PJOK untuk melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran dengan model blended learning. Dikarenakan minimnya tenaga pengajar khususnya pada pembelajaran PJOK maka menerapkan model pembelajaran blended learning agar pembelajaran tetap dapat terlaksana karena model pembelajaran blended learning ini dapat dikelola oleh guru maupun siswa yang sebelumnya telah diterapkan pada masa pembatasan sosial. Blended learning ini dilaksanakan pada kelas XI dimana setiap minggunya harus bergantian pada metode pembelajaran daring dan luring. Penilaian pada model blended learning sama seperti pada umumnya ada 3 aspek yang menjadi penilaian yaitu penilaian Kognitif (Pengetahuan), Penilaian Afektif (Sikap), dan penilaian Psikomotor (Keterampilan) dengan melakukan akumulasi pembelajaran pada metode daring dan luring. Beberapa kendala yang biasa terjadi yaitu kuota dan internet pada model pembelajaran ini. Sedangkan komponen luring yang menjadi kendala yaitu kurangnya motivasi siswa saat melaksanakan kegiatan sebagai dampak dari pembelajaran daring. This research was conducted to determine the implementation of the blended learning model in PJOK learning at SMA Negeri 1 Cicurug. The research method is carried out using a qualitative approach. The data obtained in is a description of the implementation of the blended learning model in PJOK learning at SMA Negeri 1 Cicurug using observation methods, interviews which are the main data and documentation used for supporting data in this study. The subjects of the study were pjok teachers and students of SMA Negeri 1 Cicurug. After that, data collection was carried out to analyze data with a qualitative approach. The results of he research obtained by SMA Negeri 1 Cicurug applying the blended learning model were the adoption of the learning model during the pandemic which was a government decision at that time. Due to the shortage of teaching staff that requires PJOK teachers to carry out learning activities with a blended learning model. Due to the lack of teaching staff, especially in PJOK learning, it applies a blended learning learning model so that learning can still be carried out because this learning learning model can be managed by both teachers and students who have previously been applied during the social restriction period. This blended learning is carried out in class XI where every week they have to alternate on online and offline learning methods. Assessment in the blended learning model is the same as in general, there are 3 aspects that become assessments, namely Cognitive assessment (Knowledge), Affective Assessment (Attitude), and Psychomotor assessment (Skills) by accumulating learning in online and offline methods. Some of the usual obstacles are quotas and internet in this learning model. Meanwhile, the offline component that becomes an obstacle is the lack of student motivation when carrying out activities as a result of online learning.
