    Abstract

    Program Pendidikan Guru Penggerak (PGP) merupakan program diklat yang diselenggarakan Balai Besar Guru Penggerak (BBGP) sebagai bagian dari upaya strategis Kemendikbudristek dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas pelaksanaan Pendidikan Guru Penggerak (PGP) angkatan 9 di SMAN 1 Soreang berdasarkan Model Evaluasi Kirkpatrick pada level 1 (reaksi), level 2 (pembelajaran), dan level 3 (perilaku). Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif evaluatif dengan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data berupa wawancara yang mendalam dengan Guru Penggerak, Rekan Kerja, Peserta Didik, serta Kepala Sekolah dan didukung studi dokumentasi serta observasi. Berdasarkan Evaluasi Kirkpatrick pada level reaksi, pembelajaran, dan perilaku, menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program Pendidikan Guru Penggerak angkatan 9 di SMAN 1 Soreang sudah tercapai secara efektif. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kepuasan peserta diklat, perubahan dan implementasi dari segi sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan Guru Penggerak di sekolah. Dengan demikian, program diklat tersebut menghasilkan capaian yang sesuai dengan tujuan program diklat. Pendidikan Guru Penggerak (PGP) is a professional development program organized by Balai Besar Guru Penggerak (BBGP) as a strategic effort by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) to enhance the quality of teaching and learning. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of implementation the 9th batch of Pendidikan Guru Penggerak (PGP) program at Senior High School 1 Soreang based on Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model focusing on Level 1 (reaction), Level 2 (learning), and Level 3 (behavior). The research method used in this study is a descriptive-evaluative approach with a qualitative method. Data collection techniques through depth interviews with Guru Penggerak, colleagues, students, and the principal, supported by documentation review and observation. The result based on Kirkpatrick Evaluation 3 levels showed that the implementation of the 9th batch of Pendidikan Guru Penggerak (PGP) program at Senior High School 1 Soreang was carried out effectively. This can be seen from the satisfaction of training participants, changes and implementation in terms of attitudes, knowledge, and skills of Guru Penggerak in schools. Thus, the training program produces achievements that are in accordance with the objectives of the training program.
