Abstract

ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN TRANSISI PAUD KE SD YANG MENYENANGKAN ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi kebijakan transisi PAUD ke SD yang menyenangkan di PAUD dan SD yang ada di Kecamatan Cileunyi Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini juga melihat bagaimana kesiapan anak dalam memasuki sekolah dasar, peran orang tua dalam mendukung kebijakan, dan hal apa saja tantangan dalam mengimplementasikan kebijakan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa satuan PAUD dan SD yang ada di Kecamatan Cileunyi sudah mengimplementasikan kebijakan transisi PAUD ke SD ini meskipun masih belum maksimal. Dalam pelaksanaan PPDB, baik SD swasta dan SD negeri sudah tidak melakukan tes calistung. Satuan PAUD dan SD swasta sudah melaksanakan MPLS sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku. Namun, pada SD Negeri MPLS hanya dilaksanakan selama satu minggu mengingat terlihat dari siswa yang sudah terlihat mandiri. Dan terakhir, masih kurangnya kolaborasi antara guru PAUD dan SD dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang berkesinambungan. Oleh karena itu, peneliti merekomendasikan agar satuan PAUD dan SD lebih menggiatkan kolaborasi sebagai upaya menciptakan proses transisi yang mulus dan pemerintah untuk melakukan evaluasi secara berkala agar memastikan evektifitas dan implementasi yang terjadi di lapangan Kata Kunci : Kebijakan Transisi PAUD ke SD yang menyenangkan, Kesiapan Sekolah, Peran orang tua ANALYSIS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FUN TRANSITION POLICY FROM EARLY CHILDHOOD TO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how the implementation of the ECE to elementary school transition policy in ECE and Elementary school in Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency. This study also looks at how children are prepared to enter elementary school, the role of parents in supporting the policy, and what are the challenges in implementing the policy. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study research design. The results of the study indicate that ECE and elementary school units in Cileunyi District have implemented this ECE to elementary school transition policy, although it is still not optimal. In the implementation of PPDB, both private and public elementary schools no longer conduct reading, writing and arithmetic tests. Private ECE and elementary school units have implemented MPLS in accordance with applicable regulations. However, in public elementary schools, MPLS was only implemented for one week considering that it was seen from students who were already independent. And finally, there is still a lack of collaboration between ECE and elementary school teachers in creating continuous learning. Thus, the researcher recommends that ECE and elementary school units increase collaboration as an effort to create a smooth transition process and the government to conduct periodic evaluations to ensure the effectiveness and implementation that occurs in the field.
