Abstract
Penerapan pendekata Games Sense Approach dalam pembelajaran disekolah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar gerak siswa, khususnya dalam konteks Pendidikan jasamani di SMP, Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh latihan Games Sense Approach terhadap motivasi belajar gerak pada siswi kelas VIII di SMP IT Al-Ukhuwwah. Games Sense Approach merupakan pendekatan pembelajaran yang berfokus pada pemahaman konsep permainan melalui aktivitas yang kontekstual dan menyenangkan,. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswi kelas
VIII yang dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok control. Penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat bagi guru pendidikan jasmani sebagai referensi dalam penerapan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif dan menyenangkan, serta dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran
gerak di sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa latihan Games Sense Approach berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar gerak siswi kelas VIII SMP IT AlUkhuwah dengan Hasil analisis data yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00 (Sig. < 0,05)
sehingga pendekatan ini dapat direkomendasikan sebagai strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dalam pendidikan jasmani.
The application of the Games Sense Approach approach in school learning aims to increase
students' motivation to learn movement, especially in the context of Physical Education in Junior
High Schools. This study was conducted to determine whether there is an effect of Games Sense
Approach training on motivation to learn movement in class VIII female students at SMP IT AlUkhuwwah. Games Sense Approach is a learning approach that focuses on understanding the concept
of games through contextual and fun activities. This study used an experimental method with a
pretest-posttest control group design. The sample in this study were class VIII female students who
were divided into experimental groups and control groups. This study can be useful for physical
education teachers as a reference in implementing innovative and fun learning methods, and can be
used to improve the quality of movement learning in schools. Based on the results of the study, it was
concluded that Games Sense Approach training had a significant effect on increasing motivation to
learn movement in class VIII female students at SMP IT Al-Ukhuwah with data analysis results
showing a significance value of 0.00 (Sig. <0.05) so that this approach can be recommended as an
effective learning strategy in physical education.
