Penerapan diferensiasi movement task dalam pembelajaran aktivitas ritmik bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kohesif peserta didik, khususnya dalam konteks pendidikan jasmani di tingkat SMA. Aktivitas ritmik diketahui mampu mendorong interaksi sosial dan kekompakan, namun implementasinya sering terkendala oleh keterbatasan kompetensi guru maupun sarana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain Pre-test – Post-test Control Group Design, yang melibatkan 70 siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 7 Bandung. Sampel dibagi dalam dua kelompok: eksperimen (pembelajaran ritmik berdiferensiasi) dan kontrol (pembelajaran ritmik konvensional), dipilih melalui teknik cluster random sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ) yang terdiri dari 16 butir pernyataan, dengan hasil reliabilitas Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,775 (> 0,70). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal berdasarkan uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov (nilai Sig. pre-eksperimen = 0,200; post-eksperimen = 0,200; pre-kontrol = 0,200; post-kontrol = 0,200). Untuk, uji homogenitas menunjukkan data homogen (nilai Sig. = 0,292). Uji hipotesis menggunakan Paired Sample t-Test dari masing-masing kelompok menunjukkan nilai p.value = 0,000 (<0,05) yang menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan baik kelompok eksperimen maupun kelompok kontrol, kemudian Independent Sample t-Test dan Mann-Whitney Test menunjukkan nilai p.value = 0,000 (< 0,05), yang mengindikasikan perbedaan signifikan antara kedua kelompok. N-Gain% kelompok eksperimen memperoleh skor sebesar 46,51% yang berada pada kategori kurang efektif, sedangkan kelompok kontrol memperoleh skor 15,04% yang termasuk dalam kategori tidak efektif. Dengan demikian, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa meskipun peningkatan kohesif pada kelompok eksperimen diferensiasi movement task belum mencapai kategori yang tinggi, tetapi jauh lebih baik dibandingkan kelompok kontrol dengan pembelajaran konvensional, dan secara statistik peningkatan tersebut signifikan.

The application of movement task differentiation in learning rhythmic activities aims to improve the cohesiveness of students, especially in the context of physical education at the high school level. Rhythmic activities are known to encourage social interaction and cohesiveness, but their implementation is often constrained by limited teacher competence and facilities. This study used an experimental method with a Pre-test - Post-test Control Group Design, involving 70 students of class X SHS 7 Bandung. The sample was divided into two groups: experimental (differentiated rhythmic learning) and control (conventional rhythmic learning), selected through cluster random sampling technique. The data collection instrument used the Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ) consisting of 16 statement items, with a Cronbach's Alpha reliability result of 0.775 (> 0.70). The analysis results showed that the data were normally distributed based on the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (Sig. value of pre-experiment = 0.200; post-experiment = 0.200; pre-control = 0.200; post-control = 0.200). For, the homogeneity test shows homogeneous data (Sig. value = 0.292). Hypothesis testing using Paired Sample t-Test from each group shows the value of p.value = 0.000 (<0.05) which shows that there is an effect before and after treatment in both the experimental and control groups, then the Independent Sample t-Test and Mann-Whitney Test shows the p.value = 0.000 (<0.05), which indicates a significant difference between the two groups. The N-Gain% of the experimental group obtained a score of 46.51% which was in the less effective category, while the control group obtained a score of 15.04% which was in the ineffective category. Thus, the results of the analysis show that although the cohesive improvement in the movement task differentiation experimental group has not reached a high category, it is much better than the control group with conventional learning, and the improvement is statistically significant.
