Abstract
Pos pelayanan terpadu salah satu upaya yang dilaksanakan untuk pemantauan tumbuh kembang anak usia dini. Cakupan penimbangan balita di posyandu secara nasional belum mencapai target, bahkan pada tahun 2018 rata-rata cakupan hanya sekitar 62,1%, masih di bawah target nasional 85%. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menggali lebih lanjut dampak antara pemanfaatan posyandu oleh ibu dan tumbuh kembang anak usia 3–5 tahun di Posyandu Marganing Rahayu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemanfaatan posyandu oleh ibu, tingkat tumbuh kembang anak usia 3-5 tahun, dan hubungan antara pemanfaatan posyandu dengan pemantauan tumbuh kembang anak di Posyandu Marganing Rahayu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey desain cross-sectional survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Sampel berjumlah 65 ibu. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 72,3%. ibu berada pada kategori pemanfaatan posyandu tinggi, dan 78,5% anak memiliki tumbuh kembang yang sesuai dengan usianya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara pemanfaatan posyandu oleh ibu dan tumbuh kembang anak, meskipun koefisien tergolong lemah. Pemanfaatan posyandu oleh ibu terbukti memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap tumbuh kembang anak, namun kontribusinya relatif kecil dibandingkan faktor lain. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan edukasi dan motivasi agar ibu lebih rutin memanfaatkan layanan posyandu untuk mengoptimalkan fungsi posyandu sebagai sarana deteksi dini dan stimulasi tumbuh kembang anak. ------- Integrated service posts are one of the efforts implemented to monitor the growth and development of early childhood. Based on these conditions, this study was conducted to further explore the relationship between the utilization of integrated health posts by mothers and the growth and development of children aged 3-5 years at the Marganing Rahayu Integrated Health Post. This study aims to determine the level of utilization of integrated health posts by mothers, the level of growth and development of children aged 3-5 years, and the relationship between the utilization of integrated health posts and monitoring the growth and development of children at the Marganing Rahayu Integrated Health Post. This study uses a cross-sectional survey design method with a quantitative approach. Data collection through questionnaires. The sample consisted of 65 mothers. Data analysis used simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that 72.3% of mothers are in the high utilization category of integrated health posts, and 78.5% of children have growth and development that is appropriate for their age. The results of the study showed a positive relationship between the utilization of Posyandu by mothers and child growth and development, although the coefficient was relatively weak. The utilization of Posyandu by mothers was proven to have a significant impact on child growth and development, but its contribution was relatively small compared to other factors. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of increasing education and motivation so that mothers more routinely utilize Posyandu services to optimize the function of Posyandu as a means of early detection and stimulation of child growth and development.
