Abstract

Pengembangan kurikulum merdeka di Indonesia merupakan tanggapan atas urgensi dinamika globalisasi dan society 5.0 yang membutuhkan generasi yang kompeten, berkarakter, dan siap bersaing secara global. Program proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila hadir sebagai sebagai upaya pencapaian generasi yang kompeten dan berkarakter pelajar Pancasila. SMP Negeri 3 Karangpawitan sebagai sekolah penggerak melaksanakan proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila dalam tiga topik yang berbeda yaitu pengolahan sampah, pagelaran seni tari kreasi, dan observasi kampung adat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila di SMP Negeri 3 Karangpawitan pada aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling yaitu 60 siswa dan 3 guru fasilitator setiap proyek. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui instrumen angket terhadap siswa, wawancara terhadap guru, studi dokumentasi terhadap dokumen-dokumen kurikulum. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan merupakan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek perencanaan proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila memiliki indikator yang dominan sesuai dengan panduan Kemendikbud diolah dari hasil studi dokumentasi, untuk aspek pelaksanaan berada pada kategori "baik" dengan persentase 78% diolah dari hasil angket, dan terakhir aspek penilaian memiliki indikatir yang dominan sesuai diolah dari hasil studi dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, penelitian telah dapat mendeskripsikan kesesuaian implementasi proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila di SMP Negeri 3 Karangpawitan dengan panduan Kemendikbud. Hal tersebut menjadikan gambaran P5 yang dapat digunakan perbaikan dan pengembangan oleh sekolah, pengawas, dan dinas pendidikan terkait. The development of an independent curriculum in Indonesia is a response to the urgency of the dynamics of globalization and society 5.0 which requires a generation that is competent, has character, and is ready to compete globally. The project program to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students is present as an effort to achieve a generation of competent and characterized Pancasila students. Junior High School 3 Karangpawitan as the driving school carried out a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in three different topics, namely waste processing, creative dance performances, and observing traditional villages. This research aims to describe the implementation of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students at SMP Negeri 3 Karangpawitan in the planning, implementation and assessment aspects. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The research sample was selected using a random sampling technique, namely 60 students and 3 teacher facilitators for each project. Data collection was carried out through questionnaire instruments for students, interviews with teachers, documentation studies of curriculum documents. The data analysis technique used is a percentage. The research results show that the planning aspect of the project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile has dominant indicators in accordance with the Ministry of Education and Culture's guidelines processed from the results of the documentation study, the implementation aspect is in the "good" category with a percentage of 78% processed from the results of the questionnaire, and finally the assessment aspect has dominant indicators according to the results of the documentation study. The conclusion of this research is that the research has been able to describe the suitability of the implementation of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students at Junior High School 3 Karangpawitan with the guidance of the Ministry of Education and Culture. This creates a P5 picture that can be used for improvement and development by schools, supervisors and related education agencies.
