Abstract

Pembelajaran tari di SMPN 29 Bandung, sebagian siswa masih kurang perhatian terhadap teman sekelasnya sehingga menimbulkan kecenderungan individualistis, cuek terhadap teman sekelasnya, mementingkan kepentingan sendiri (egois), dan kurang solidaritas terhadap teman sekelasnya. Ego setiap siswa berakar kuat pada kepribadiannya, terutama pada sikap gotong royong. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model Student Teams Achievement Division dalam meningkatkan Karakter Gotong Royong Siswa Kelas VIII di SMPN 29 Bandung. Penelitian mengenai penerapan model Student Teams Achievement Division dalam pembelajaran seni tari untuk meningkatkan karakter gotong royong dalam penguatan profil pelajar pancasila kelas VIII di SMPN 29 Bandung dilakukan dengan menggunakan dengan desain Pre-Experimental Design One-Shot Case Study, dimana penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menilai karakter siswa ketika melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan model STAD untuk kemudian diobservasi hasilya. Sesuai dengan hasil uji t melalui SPSS menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi pengaruh Variabel X (metode pembelajaran STAD) terhadap Variabel Y (Karakter Gotong Royong) adalah 0,000 ≤ 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 6,482 ≥ nilai t tabel 0,042. Maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Division terhadap peningkatan karakter gotong royong siswa kelas VIII I secara signifikan. Learning dance at SMPN 29 Bandung, some students still lack attention to their classmates, giving rise to individualistic tendencies, being indifferent to their classmates, selfish, and lacking solidarity with their classmates. Each student's ego is deeply rooted in his personality, especially in the attitude of mutual cooperation. This research aims to determine the effect of using the Student Teams Achievement Division model in improving the Mutual Cooperation Character of Grade VIII Students at SMPN 29 Bandung. Research regarding the application of the Student Teams Achievement Division model in dance learning to improve the character of mutual cooperation in strengthening the profile of class VIII Pancasila students at SMPN 29 Bandung was carried out using a Pre-Experimental Design One-Shot Case Study design, where this research was conducted to assess character students when carrying out learning using the STAD model and then observing the results. In accordance with the results of the t test via SPSS, it shows that the significance value of the influence of Variable So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence of the Student Teams Achievement Division learning model on improving the mutual cooperation character of class VIII I students.
