Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of school principal professionalism, organizational support, and work environment on teacher work productivity in Subang Regency elementary schools. The method used is a quantitative approach with a correlational survey to measure the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The research sample consisted of 133 elementary school teachers who were randomly selected using proportional sampling techniques.The results of the analysis show that the work environment has a significant influence on teacher work productivity, with a t value of 10.169 and a significance of <0.001. Organizational support also has a significant influence on teacher work productivity, with a t value of 8.242 and a significance of <0.001. And the professionalism of the principal has a positive and significant effect on teacher work productivity, with a t value of 6.334 and a significance of <0.001. In addition, interaction analysis shows that the combination of principal professionalism, organizational support, and work environment together contribute significantly to increasing teacher work productivity. This research concludes that the work environment, organizational support and professionalism of school principals play an important role in increasing teacher work productivity. The implication of the results of this research is the need to increase the competence of school principals, strengthen organizational support systems, and manage a conducive work environment to support optimal teacher performance.
