Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media edukasi flipbook sebagai bahan ajar dalam mendukung program Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Design and Development (D&D) Model Ken Peffers, yang dalam penelitian ini dilakukan hingga tahap ketiga, yaitu identifikasi masalah, penentuan tujuan, serta desain dan pengembangan. Identifikasi masalah dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi di SPS Negeri Bale Bermain Cempaka Putih Ceria, yang menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman masyarakat tentang SRA masih rendah serta kurangnya media edukasi yang interaktif dan mudah diakses. Setelah identifikasi masalah, penelitian menetapkan tujuan untuk mengembangkan media yang interaktif dan menarik dalam menyampaikan konsep SRA. Pada tahap desain dan pengembangan, flipbook dikembangkan dengan memadukan teks, gambar, dan elemen interaktif yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat dan pendidik tentang pentingnya lingkungan belajar yang ramah anak. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan bahwa flipbook memiliki tingkat kelayakan tinggi dengan skor validasi ahli materi sebesar 93% (sangat layak) dan skor validasi ahli media sebesar 94% (sangat layak) dari aspek desain, konten, serta fitur interaktif. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa flipbook berpotensi menjadi media edukasi yang efektif dalam mendukung implementasi SRA. Namun, penelitian ini hanya terbatas pada tahap pengembangan tanpa uji coba implementasi secara luas, sehingga diperlukan penelitian lanjutan untuk mengukur efektivitas flipbook dalam praktik. This research aims to develop flipbook educational media as teaching materials to support the Child-Friendly School (SRA) program. The research method used is the Design and Development (D&D) Model by Ken Peffers, which in this study was carried out up to the third stage, namely problem identification, goal setting, and design and development. Problem identification was carried out through interviews and observations at SPS Negeri Bale Bermain Cempaka Putih Ceria, which showed that the community's understanding of SRA is still low and there is a lack of interactive and easily accessible educational media. After identifying the problem, the research set the goal of developing interactive and engaging media to convey the concept of SRA. In the design and development stage, the flipbook was developed by combining text, images, and interactive elements aimed at enhancing the understanding of the community and educators about the importance of a child-friendly learning environment. The expert validation results indicate that the flipbook has a high feasibility level with a content expert validation score of 93% (very feasible) and a media expert validation score of 94% (very feasible) in terms of design, content, and interactive features. The conclusion of this study indicates that the flipbook has the potential to be an effective educational medium in supporting the implementation of SRA. However, this research is limited to the development stage without extensive implementation trials, so further research is needed to measure the effectiveness of the flipbook in practice.
