Abstract

Pembelajaran daring yang dianggap mudah untuk dilakukan, ternyata terdapat beberapa kendala seperti kurangnya fasilitas yang memadai serta beberapa guru yang kurang memahami teknologi sehingga tidak mudah baginya untuk menjalankan pembelajaran daring. Peran guru sebangai pengajar dalam pembelajaran daring guru perlu memiliki kasiapan dalam merancang, menyampaiakan pembelajaran dan memahami teknologi sehingga menghasilkan pembelajaran yang positif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan sikap, kognitif dan behavior guru IPS dalam melaksankan pembelajaran daring di kota Bandung. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan statistic deskriptif, uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Temuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Kesiapan sikap guru IPS berada pada kriteria baik sebesar 51,4%, 2) Kesiapan kognitif guru IPS berada pada kriteri cukup baik sebesar 55,6%, 3) Kesiapan behavior guru IPS berada pada kriteria baik sebesar 72,9%, 4) Kesiapan guru IPS dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran daring berada pada kriteria baik. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa perlu adanya peningkatan pada aspek kesiapan kogniti guru karena masih berada pada kriteria cukup baik. Online learning, which is considered easy to do, turns out to have several obstacles such as a lack of adequate facilities and some teachers who do not understand technology so it is not easy for them to carry out online learning. The role of teachers as teachers in online learning teachers need to have knowledge in designing, delivering learning and understanding technology so as to produce positive learning. This study aims to determine the readiness of attitudes, cognitive, and behavior of social studies teachers in implementing online learning in the city of Bandung. The approach of this research uses descriptive quantitative. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics, validity tests and reliability tests. The findings of this study are 1) The readiness of social studies teachers' attitudes is at a good criterion of 51.4%, 2) The cognitive readiness of social studies teachers is at a fairly good criterion of 55.6%, 3) The readiness of social studies teachers' behavior is at a good criterion of 72.9%, 4) The readiness of social studies teachers in carrying out online learning is at a good criterion. The results of this study recommend that there needs to be an improvement in the aspect of teacher cognitive readiness because it is still at the criteria of passably
