Abstract

Kemampuan dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi menjadi salah satu keahlian yang diperlukan guru TK dalam menunjang kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam mengajar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dengan kompetensi pedagogik guru TK Negeri di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 34 guru TK Negeri di Kota Bandung. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian yang dilakukan di TK Negeri di Kota Bandung, menunjukkan bahwa profil penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi oleh guru berada pada kategori tinggi dengan persentase 94% dan kategori sedang dengan persentase 6%. Sedangkan pada profil kompetensi pedagogik guru berada pada kategori tinggi dengan persentase 100%. Hasil analisis korelasi Pearson antara penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dengan kompetensi pedagogik guru menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan dengan nilai sig>0,634, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, maka semakin tinggi pula kompetensi pedagogik guru TK Negeri di Kota Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, peneliti merekomendasikan pada setiap pendidik dan lembaga pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sehingga dapat menunjang kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran di TK.

The ability to use information and communication technology is one of the skills needed by kindergarten teachers in supporting the pedagogic competence of teachers in teaching. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the use of information and communication technology with the pedagogic competence of State Kindergarten teachers in Bandung. This study uses a survey method, with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The participants in this study were 34 State Kindergarten teachers in the city of Bandung. Based on the findings of research conducted at the State Kindergarten in Bandung City, it shows that the profile of the use of information and communication technology by teachers is in the high category with a percentage of 94% and the medium category with a percentage of 6%. Meanwhile, the profile of the teacher's pedagogic competence is in the high category with a percentage of 100%. The results of the Pearson correlation analysis between the use of information and communication technology and the pedagogical competence of teachers indicate a significant relationship with the value of sig> 0.634, so it can be concluded that the higher the teacher's ability to use information and communication technology, the higher the pedagogical competence of State Kindergarten teachers in Indonesia. Based on the results of this study, researchers recommend every educator and educational institution to improve their ability to use information and communication technology so that they can support the pedagogic competence of teachers in carrying out learning in kindergarten.
